From the moment we first discovered NewWave Doors at The Excel Building Show last September through to the final installation, both the product and the service have been excellent. Claire was fantastic too—always available to talk through any questions or concerns. She’s a real gem.
I would definitely recommend NewWave if you’re thinking about purchasing new doors.

We saw New Wave Doors at a trade show and knew straight away these were the doors we wanted.
We place a low deposit to lock in some benefits.
We received a follow up email promptly after the show. We actually had a short window as to when we needed installation.
I contacted Claire in a panic and she immediately reassured me that they would pull out all stops to get my doors to me on time. Which she did.
A couple of days prior to installation I was contacted to confirm delivery details. The installation team turned up promptly (Bristol to Bedfordshire) and had my doors installed within 2 hours. Our builders had done a great job preparing the space so the guys were able to crack on with the installation.
We are still in the process of fitting out our kitchen so we have not been able to fully enjoy our doors as yet.
But from order to installation stage was seamless.
Dealing with a family run business has been a pleasure.

With space restrictions inside and outside, and after seeing and speaking to their team at an exhibition, we knew they had a great product and the solution we needed. With a small deposit, knowing our build was a year away, the New Wave Doors team kept in contact, providing support and clear guidance when required, for our builders.
Highly recommended and the process was made so easy.

Review update
As I can't access my initial review I m posting an update. Our doors were eventually installed and later adjusted. The process was the most painful of any of our new build due to the waiting times and the lack of communication, however, the end result is very good. We love the look and functionality of the 2 sets of doors we have.
They now need further adjustment so fingers crossed that we get a response and the service team come promptly, then we might be in a position to recommend New Wave.

How it should be done
I was having a nightmare with the builder and building control. I needed an external door that looked good and met all the building regulations so that the building inspector would sign it off. The builder wanted to do whatever was easiest for him. I found New Wave Doors online who from the very start of registering my enquiry to placing my order was just a great experience. All of my technical enquiries were answered and communication was first class. Its early days yet and my door is yet to go into production but given the service to date I have no doubt everything will be fine. Thank you Zoe at New Wave for solving what was becoming a bit of a nightmare. Much appreciated Martin

My new wave windows were installed in 2015. 10 years on some parts of the mechanism have worn. New Wave have been very helpful with providing replacement parts. Thank you.

Excellent service
Customer service very good all the way through the process of ordering to installation. Great communication.
We have had a couple of minor issues with the doors but the after sales service has been great and all issues have been rectified in a timely and efficient manner.
Doors are well constructed and are a dream to open and close.

New Wave Doors, quality of service, workmanship and attention to detail.
We were very impressed by the quality of New Wave Doors. We saw their bi-folding doors at an exhibition and were immediately impressed by the design and workmanship that went into making the doors. Also the staff were very attentive and answered all our questions. Based on this impression we chose have our doors made by this company. The doors have been recently fitted in our house and we have to honestly say that it more than fulfills our expectations. Also full marks to the staff who came to install the doors as we found them to be very polite and professional; and they made sure that we understood how it all worked.
So all in all full marks to New Wave Doors and hope their business grows from strength to strength. Also we would like to especially mention Claire who was constantly there to answer all our queries and helped us through the whole process of planning, designing and ordering.

This is a good company and product.
The technology is first rate and the sales team are knowledgeable and thoughtful.
The main issue we faced was the refusal to come and measure up for the doors. In the end we had to pay for someone else to measure up as our builder would not take responsibility for it.
There was a regrettable error by the company that lead to the wrong sizes being used so the doors would not fit. New Wave took responsibility for the error and worked with us and the builder to resolve the issue to our satisfaction. It took a while.
The fitting to a re worked opening went without a hitch and the doors work really well. They make the kitchen a beautiful light space.

Amazing doors!!
We had a 3 door unit fitted and it has transformed the way the space is used in the house . The design of the door allows full access and views in to the garden . The other feature of the design allows the main door to be open, with the other 2 doors being slid apart just enough to allow the dog to go in and out but keep the outside weather at bay !!

Our Beautiful New Wave Doors
We first found New Wave a couple of years ago and went along to their factory and warehouse to view their doors, we loved the concept and the quality of their doors, we thought they were such a better option to bi-fold doors, we were of the mid that when we were going to replace our existing doors these were the only doors we were going to buy.
Communication was great, arrived on time, respectfully cleared the area and installed the new doors very efficiently and professionally, Mark and James were a great team, they cleaned up as they went along, once installed they gave a full demonstration leaving us with a beautiful well finished new door, we are delighted and would highly recommend New Wave!
