A fantastic service from a great customer service team.
We have had our tilt slide doors for 8 years and they have been fantastic.
Due to recent high winds the door retention bar broke free (our fault for not securing the door).
Thankfully the team at New Wave managed to find us the replacement part in their old stock and have very kindly dispatched one to us free of charge.

Exceptional service and continuous product development.
I began a project with New Wave back in 2019. The doors arrived on time a perfectly sized as per the order details. There were plenty of options including: the colour, glazing spec, and integral blinds to chose from. Installation services are provided if needs be and the team were contactable throughout.
The windows have now been installed for around 5 years. I have been back to the business again this year for another purchase and once again the service was exceptional.
If you are looking for a new bifold, French door or patio sliding door… Check these guys out first. Their product gets better all the time with new features and continuous development from the design engineering team.

Customer service update
We did have some initial problems contacting New Wave Doors about a pane of glass that shattered spontaneously. They were very apologetic for the delay. I am pleased to say that they went on to put everything right and when they came to replace the glass they gave our doors a thorough check over to make up for any inconvenience to us. Quality doors and after sales service
We purchased doors from New Wave when we built our extension back in 2021. We have been very pleased with the quality and operation of the doors following their installation. The company’s after sales service was also very good when a minor adjustment to one of the doors was undertaken recently.

A FANTASTIC DECISION
After Years of research we decided that for our project we wanted New Wave Doors. We wanted to see them in person and was able to do this at a Home Show. Meeting the team, seeing the product it sealed our decision.
Many emails to the New Wave team before and throughout the project demonstrated their expertise and patience with everything and this was both reassuring and refreshing. Nothing was too much trouble even liaising with our builders who were very impressed with both the customer service and quality of the windows.
The installation went very smoothly and we were given a thorough demonstration on how to operate the doors. We were reassured that should there be any problems as to door drop etc to contact and they would come back to re adjust. We were left the vents as our build had not been completed and these have been installed with no problem
We are over the moon with our doors and extremely pleased we went with New Wave and the fact we can completely open up the back of our house is fantastic. The doors have really put the Wow on our build. Family and Friends are so impressed and say when they come to renew they will be seriously considering having the same.
We would have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending New Wave Doors. Thankyou Claire and the team

Good doors but odd system of installation
We really like our doors and think we made the right choice having considered bi-folds, french and patio, but the process was slow and confusing. We were having old doors removed, sent pictures as requested and were told we'd have to get a surveyor to check the mantle could take the weight before they'd start work. The person who came to review seemed confused why they'd asked as it was obvious from the previous doors that it could. We then got booked in for the fitting and the two fitters said exactly the same thing. The fitters were really friendly and work was completed in less than a day, but not finished. My partner was home when the work took place and they told him that they'd recommend we finished it ourselves so left the vents off. We are not able to create a smooth finish so will be employing someone else to do that but I'm confused as to why that's the necessary way

We’re sorry the process felt unclear at times. When it comes to installations involving existing openings and structural features like a mantle, we do sometimes err on the side of caution and request a survey to ensure everything meets load-bearing requirements – even if it may seem obvious from your perspective. That said, we appreciate that this added some confusion and we’ll review how we communicate these steps more clearly in future.
Regarding the vents – our fitters may have recommended leaving them off to allow you the flexibility to finish the interior decoration to your preference. In many cases, customers prefer to complete final trim work (plastering, painting, or boarding) around the new doors to achieve a clean, smooth finish, particularly when replacing older units where walls may need some remedial work.
Of course, if you’d like support with this or have further questions, we’re more than happy to help. Thank you again for your comments - they help us improve.

Great Company, Great Doors!
I first saw New Wave doors during a Home Exhibition event at the Excel Centre in London. From the very outset until my patio doors were installed the company were excellent! They were professional throughout, advised at every stage and were very knowledgeable not only on their flagship doors but also from a construction perspective. Their workmanship is of a very high standard indeed. The customer care and engagement was excellent from beginning to end. I would highly recommend New Wave and installing their doors as opposed to standard bi-folds. New Wave doors look great overall. To add gravitas to this review, I am a Chartered Civil Engineer with over 26 years of industry and construction experience. Hence, I expect precision, high quality workmanship and excellence.

Our experience was positive from the outset.A professional and friendly company.There was no hard sell and the product spoke for itself. We purchased ‘NEW WAVE’ doors about eight years ago (our builder recommended them). We are very very happy with them. Several of our friends after seeing ours have purchased NEW WAVE doors too.

Amazing company and product
Amazing company and product. Installation process was very smooth and on time as promised. The door dropped slightly so gave them a call and they arranged a remedial visit within one month.

My builder recommended new wave doors . I did abit of research at companies house and doesn't sit right with me . Shows in Liquidation and appointed liquidator's Deltaco 1 Ltd . Company number 08256479 . Sounds dodgy to me and i went elsewhere

Positive Experience
We visited New Wave doors in Bristol a family owned business last weekend 31st May 1st June and we really appreciated the time and effort Claire put into explaining to us the pros and cons of their product which we thought had been very well designed and quite amazing with the pros a definite win. Having said that we unfortunately are not going for New Wave doors ourselves due to the placing of our extension and the layout of our garden, we are now going for the old design of sliding doors which of course sadly will never be able to open fully.
We visited New Wave doors on both Saturday and Sunday taking up a considerable amount of Claire’s time which never seemed a problem to her making us feel so welcome and under no pressure whatsoever.
Had we been able to have New Wave doors I’m sure we’d have scored them 5*

A smooth process
We originally put a deposit down for our new wave doors last year, thinking building work would start in the next following months, but it was delayed to the beginning of the year. Both Zoe and Claire were super helpful and made the whole thing stress free, and wer always on hand on email or the phone if I had any queries. We've now got our beautiful doors installed by the two helpful fitters who make sure you know how to use them properly before they go. Would highly recommend! We were warned the doors may drop after 6 months (which doors normally do), and they can come back to rectify if needed, so hopefully the aftercare will be just as top notch!
