If I could give this product zero…
If I could give this product zero stars, I would. The painting mitt is very poorly designed, as there’s no barrier to stop the paint from soaking through onto your hand while using it. It makes the job messy and defeats the purpose of having a mitt in the first place. Very disappointed with this product and would not recommend it.

First rate
Wow. Confusion with my order led to this company reordering for me. Eventually received my items but this company bent over backwards to sort it out. Even when I messaged them in the evening, expecting a reply some time the following day, they messaged straight back.
To cap it all they refunded my purchase even though they sent a replacement.
Five star customer service

Let down by courier (DPD)
Ultimately was let down, as the name implied, I wanted next day delivery. Next Day Paint did their bit but they were let down twice by their courier (DPD). To NDP’s credit they replied promptly to my concerns and organised for it to be resent by another courier (Evri) but now very late. I’d use Next Day Paint again, but only if there is an option not to use DPD, as this completely ruined the plans for our project. Maybe an isolated issue but delivery is an essential part of the overall service, who Next Day Paint use is important.
