IF I COULD LEAVE ZERO I WOULD SAID IT WAS A PERFECT COLOUR MATCH NO WHERE NEAR MADE A TERRIBLE MESS OFF MY FORD FOCUS MK3 FRONT BUMPER HAD TO GO TO A CAR BODY SHOP AND IT DONE £150 WORTH OF DAMAGE CHIPX WANTED £300 TO PUT THE DAMAGED RIGHT PERFECT MATCH WHAT A JOKE I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TOTALLY RUBBISH

First time customer of NDP. Great price and actual next day delivery. Great selection of well known brands at a good price. Can't fault it, fantastic service and company.

A company name that promises so much should really deliver....
I ordered 1 litre of paint last Wednesday and called up Monday morning after tracking info showed no progress.
The customer service lady was nice and apologised – she said she'll get another one sent out that day for delivery Tuesday. When I checked my emails on Tuesday morning there was no delivery email. So I called NextDayPaint and was told there was now an issue with this new order and they could send out a new one for tomorrow – what an absolute waste of my time going with this company.
After hearing this yet again, I requested a refund but the money won't be back for 3-5 days. So the whole experience with NextDayPaint was pretty much a "we'll hold your money for two weeks and waste your time" simulator.

Im sorry to hear you were not happy with the service. Sometimes there can unfortunately be unexpected delays with the courier that are out of our control. Regarding the refund, the time of 3-5 days is dependent on your bank and how long it takes them to process the refund.

I'm afraid the next day didn't work
I'm afraid the next day didn't work, although I imagine this was your courier, Evri's, fault rather than yours. down for delivery next day between 3.30pm and 5.30pm and didn't come but came the following day about 4pm. This was too late for the job it was needed for so that had to be delayed considerably.
