We got cancelled for the original date which put us out massively, arranging everything was crucial and then to be told one of the team was sick and needed to re schedule was a nightmare.
It did get done the following day thank goodness but still caused lots of upset for me , knowing I'd not be able to walk on the resin fir 24 hours was a nightmare in itself but then to be pushed back a day as well , im self employed and I'd re arranged all my clients to suit the original date and I have house bound parents and had arranged care for them for the original day which then had to be re arranged too .. so im sure you can understand my frustration 🫤 .. yes I was aware if the weather wasn't right but I do think the excuse you gave wasn't the best . You have a big concern and im sure you must have other team leaders for these problems 🙄.
Also the sign you gave us to advertise has also been a PITA .. is kept blowing away so we were constantly putting it back up until my husband screwed it into our fence ..
The bricks in grey are still white and we have a number written in marker pen near the front of the drive which is very visible and off putting to me .
We are paying a lot of money as you know and still these things need correcting first .

Next Generation Home Improvements listened to our requirements and helped us arrive at a driveway layout which was affordable and eyecatching. Workmanship throughout the project was first class, from the initial groundwork to the laying of the final resin-bound surface. Needless to say we’re very pleased with our new resin-bound driveway.

The workman ship was second to none . Dave who drew our star on the drive and all the resin guys were fab as were Chris and Rob and his team who did all the ground and prep work beforehand.. not the cheapest company on the market place but what an excellent job has been done. Which shows you get what you pay for . The only thing I can say is after being in the house for 24 hours the tarmac at the top of the drive is rubbish and will not last the winter and the damage to the footpath done by the grab lorry has got to be repaired by some one. . bit no one is sorting it. We have paid a lot of money for this more then most companies charge so this needs to be addressed asap

The whole process from start to finish was professional, quick, the installation guys were open, honest, experienced and friendly. Nice banter, quick work, high regard for tidiness and the job was done efficiently. The financing and sales pre and post installation was top notch. I can safely say as great team, a great company and thank you.

I decided to replace my concrete drive for resin and chose Next Generation. From start to finish everyone I dealt with were professional, friendly and supportive. The 3 teams who completed the dig out, concrete and then resin were fantastic, arrived on time and didn't stop until everything was complete.
Would recommend.

I thought this company had good communication from start to finish, were knowledgeable about all aspects of the build, installation, and after care, and delivered a good quality product. I did feel the sales pitch was a little pushy but not more so than what I had expected. There was some issue with equipment that had been left on the pavement not being picked up for quite some time, which left us unpopular with our neighbours, but it eventually got sorted. All in, we are pleased with Next Generation and have already recommended them to multiple people.

We had a metal pedestrian gate fitted last month. It looks really smart in the grey colour which matches our previously installed composite fencing which was also installed by Next Generation. We chose them again because of the great communication and clean and tidy way they work. Keeping you informed on installation. The quality is really good

Fantastic job from the guy coming out to quote to the end result. The lads that came were all polite and helpful. They spoke to us throughout the fitting asking if we were happy so far or was there anything we wanted different. Our garden is a little higher at the bottom so we had like a pattern tressel on the top. It looks amazing. We are so happy with it. They are coming back to quote for our side to be done. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

We initially had a resin driveway installed several years ago and were very pleased with the quality of the work. In fact, we were so satisfied that we decided to have additional areas of our property finished with resin as well.
Unfortunately, during the groundworks for the subsequent project, concrete was mixed directly on the resin driveway, causing significant damage to the surface. Despite repeated attempts to resolve this issue, it has taken several years without a satisfactory outcome. Phone calls are not returned and emails are ignored. The after- sales service for this company is the worst I have ever encountered.
In the new area, a pathway was also covered with resin. However, when the installation reached a manhole cover, it became apparent that this had not been properly accounted for. The finish around the cover consisted of a poorly cut piece of aluminium, which looked both unfinished and unprofessional. It then took over a year of persistent follow-up before someone attended to address the issue. Even then, the repair was left incomplete, and it took a further year before the manhole cover was finally finished properly.
To make matters worse, cracks have now appeared in the original driveway. I have been informed that the company no longer offers the original resin colour, meaning that any repair work would be more noticeable than the cracks themselves. I suspect that the repair to the manhole cover has been completed in this new colour as it is different – it is taking a long time to weather in… If it is a different colour, we were not informed that this was going to be the case.
I have shown considerable patience throughout this process and have given the company ample opportunity to rectify these issues. Unfortunately, after years of delays, poor workmanship, and unresolved problems, that patience has now been exhausted. The date assigned to this review is the date of the last email I sent. I have chased it, and am still waiting for a reply...

Had our drive done was all finished last week they have done an excellent job looks amazing really happy with the outcome, everyone was friendly and helpful always kept us in the loop as to what was happening dates for work and deliveries of materials etc

Great company, 1st class service, excellent products - composite fencing and aluminium gates - a couple of minor problems requiring additional work were dealt with efficiently and effectively.
The guys on site worked very smoothly and efficiently.
I would definitely consider them should I require any further similar works, and highly recommend them.

Excellent service from the first phone call until completion of the work. The men were polite, managed to solve unforeseen problems and kept us well informed about what was happening. All this on one of the hottest days of the year in a ‘sun trap’ of a garden. We would definitely recommend the company to anyone.

Clear and knowledgeable advice about key features and design. Rigorous company processes for signing off proposal. Good communication about delivery dates. Installers sensitive to potential impact on neighbours in small cul de sac and checked in daily to ensure satisfaction with work done and to be done.

All staff polite & helpful. Regular communication from company re work schedule. All work professionally completed with checks made at each stage. Would have no hesitation in recommending this company
