Very professional and provided an excellent service

This company did a fantastic job on my drive way . I cant falut them in any way . They come when they say they are comeing and show up early no problems at all .

The fitters were very efficient & friendly, the work was done in a reasonable amount of time with the men clearing up after themselves. Good after care as after porch window fitted our front door wouldn't lock properly & they came out & solved the problem also call back to make sure all ok

Prompt ie punctual and finished when they said they would.

The installers arrived early, ready to start work promptly. They were polite and efficient. They made a lovely neat job and cleaned up after themselves. I was given instructions on how to operate the garage door and they made sure I was satisfied before leaving. Service was great from start to finish. A superior product.

Have had two garage doors fitted, both are really good roller shutters with electric drives. Got a good price for the pair, good communication about fitting and a very good fitting team who took around half a day for them both. Am happy with the doors how they look and their operation and had a few nice comments from visitors about them too. Recommended.

The installation guys arrived on time and only took two hour to complete the works, the new garage door looks great. They took the old door & frame away & swept up afterwards, I'm well pleased.

Really happy with the roller garage door put in. Had to also have electrical socket added to the detached garage and took advantage to get a light fitted too. Electrician was very good, clean, efficient, and made clear what had been done and what to expect at the final install.

Installation went well and we were walked through the mechanism as well as the manual override if the power was down. It's working well almost 2 months in and looks smart to boot.

The driveway installers were punctual and very professional all through the project.They kept us informed at all stages and explained what they were doing in a way we understood.I would recommend them to others and would certainly use them again if I needed to.Excellent service.

Next generation replaced my old concrete slab drive with a resin drive. The job was completed in a couple of days to a high standard with no issues, the work was well scheduled and communicated. The final result is a major improvement over my original drive.

Look at the company history one of the directors has four dissolved companies and one went into liquidation not surprising there's so many negative reviews.👎

From start to completion the team we're very professional, friendly, polite and tidy.
They kept us informed every step of the way of what they would be doing on the day and what would be happening the following day, we've had complements most days from our neighbours and various delivery men, we're both extremely pleased.

The team arrived on time. They took down the old fence quickly and prepared the ground well.
They fitted the new posts and put in the composite panels efficiently.
All the old fencing was removed and the area cleaned before the team left.
Friends and family have commented on the huge improvement that the new fence has made to the look of the driveway.
I am very pleased with the result.

Guarantee. What guarantee?
What a joke this Company is. I spent several thousand pounds on a new back gate and section of fencing. It looked great and operated fine for all of 4 days. All of a sudden, for no apparent reason, it started to stick when opening and closing. Spoke to Next Gen who charged me £89 before they would send a fitter on the understanding it could be refunded after inspection. He fixed it in less than 5 minutes by simply adjusting the hinge bolt. They have refused a refund saying I must have slammed it or the wind caught it. IT'S A GATE AND IS DESIGNED TO BE OPENED AND CLOSED!!!. Maybe even be operated in bad weather and even in windy conditions, not that we've had any.
I have to assume that either their gate and hinges are not fit for purpose. Or, the Company cares not a jot for customer satisfaction and service. Shame because, after reading previous reviews, I thought Next Generation HAD a good reputation.
Later On Reported, following the repair that gate was sticking again. Fitter is visiting again next week.
Hopefully I can delete this negative missive if I get a positive outcome next week.

Engineer arrived and re-adjusted the top hinge. Hopefully for the final time.
21/8/26 Well, it's failed AGAIN. In fact to such a degree that now not only sticks but will not lock. Company is reviewing and will revert in due course.

Everything was explained at each step. Everyone were friendly and I am happy with the end results, looks great thanks
