Pleasant cottage, good location, a little small for 4 people however.

Property a lovely cottage but it seems to have been a bit neglected.

Cottage garden overgrown with weeds and branches of trees. Hoover didn’t work - clogged up with hair and balls of fluff.

Water pressure low so difficult to shower sometimes, bulbs in bedroom went and no replacements, fridge iced up and froze our food which had to be thrown out.

Towels smelt musty so I had to wash them first and cleanliness wasn’t great.

Could have been lovely but things seems to have been let go which was very disappointing for what we paid for it.

Such a shame as a charming cottage.

Not good for elderly people or young kids as stairs are very steep.

Great location for exploring Norfolk. The cottage was well placed to get to everywhere that we wanted to visit without overlong journeys. There was an issue with a blocked drain that was quickly dealt with, but left us with some clearing up to do internally (wet room and cloakroom) and there was no follow up to check that everything was OK. The bathroom upstairs was awkward to use to bath a young child, and also as a shower as there was no screen and a wide surround, which led to water going everywhere. The bed in the balcony room was oddly small/short for a double in such a large room. There were no lightweight, summer duvets as alternatives to the 9-TOG duvets at the property so we took our own, which was a first for us. The lounge was large and comfortable and the open plan nature of the property worked really well for a multi generational family holiday. The property is very well equipped and the utility room was extremely useful and held a good stock of spare cleaning products etc. There was plenty of parking in a quiet, secluded spot.

Pretty but small cottage with no real outside space.
Centrally Situated in a pretty village. Dog friendly.
Generally in need of an update/freshen up.

Great cottage for a family holiday with dogs.

Location was ideal for beach and beach was lovely, with toilets and a café for food and drinks.
Hunstanton was within 15 minute drive.
Holkham Hall was 30 minutes away and Cromer/Sheringham about an hour away.
All nice places to visit.

Great accommodation in a lovely location. Very comfortable stay. Easy access to some of Norfolks best beaches.

Lovely house with 2 generous sized double bedrooms and a large single. A separate annex in the back garden has a compact double bedroom and ensuite

Furnished to a very high standard and extremely well equipped

The cottage was very well equiped, it was clean and had plenty of space, had a good selection of books and games for the children to play with if the weather was not so good. it was within easy reach of all amenities i.e. the beach the town and of course the pier and the theatre... great show there by the way. enjoyed every minute of our stay there.

Efficient booking process and everything in good order on arrival. Nice furnishings and lovely enclosed garden. fairly isolated spot and not really easy to walk anywhere from the cottage

The property was just as described and very clean, lots of timely information from Norfolk Country Cottages which made everything run smoothly. We would stay there again, if we wanted to visit Norfolk.

Beautiful cottage in a beautiful location. Every home comfort and the hosts were helpful , kind and left lovely welcome goodies. Nice pool for hot days which was so cooling and nice - fab holiday excellent base for sight seeing and chilling thank you - the Hunter family 😊

The cottage we stayed in was nicely decorated & very clean. The central situation of Brigantine made it easy to visit most of the Broads by car.

Lovely, spacious cottage in a great location. Tastefully decorated in a contemporary style. Well equipped and dog friendly with an enclosed attractive garden. The property is within easy walking distance of the beach, a friendly pub, a cafe selling excellent seafood and a brilliant village shop.

This company does everything right, the descriptions of the cottages is accurate the booking and payment is easy, the emails and reminders are just right, will definitely use them again.
