Called with an issue regarding a pressure washer
Called with an issue regarding a pressure washer purchased from them. Unwilling to assist with the problem. Offered to send parts, at my expense, but cannot guarantee it'll solve my issue. Told me to take it to a local repair shop, but repairs would cost more than the item itself.

Had a hard time at check out. With a gift card and a new credit card. the order was easy but every thing following that was a mess. Had to backout and reenter everything. Then it was better but the experience wasn't the best.

i oderd lawn mower blades took 2 weeks to get them they sent wrong ones was just gonna excchance but they chare me 15% restock whatever credit i get will be nothing after payiny $30.00 return they are crooks never deal with again

Item was sent to me in pieces with NO language on the website saying that assembly was required. Northern Tool then instructed me that I would have to PAY shipping to return the item to the factory ($300). Pathetic customer service.

I bought a trailer recieved ot over 2 weeks ago but no paperwork. I've called over 5 times to let them know and still no answer as to when I will get it. Can't use it until I can register it so right now its just a big paperweight and they have no clue as to where the paperwork is they want to reissue it so that will be another 2 weeks im sure. Terrible customer service

Not on this order what orders I have placed in the past I don't know why you don't give me the ability to cancel an order when I find out right away that it is wrong or it is the wrong part come on let's get to business practices up to par quit being back in the Middle Ages that's why I shop at Amazon the only reason why I shop with you sometimes if prices drops on certain items come on let's get into the the modern times I want the ability to cancel an order after I place it if it's wrong I shouldn't have to wait until your stump store opens stupid I even texted you and I got a text back telling me I gotta wait until you're open dumb
