This is the second time I have been into this Northgate branch and each time I’ve had a great experience the staff are extremely kind and helpful and the technicians have dealt with any issues that I have presented them, I would definitely recommend hiring from them.

Called the Cannock Branch with a last minute request to change an appointment, in order to minimise time spent off the road by my driver, and was accommodated straight away. Even got a follow up call to confirm everything would be sorted today.

The team at Cannock branch were really professional and very helpful. They guided me through the process of hiring a van and dealt with all the paperwork speedily and efficiently. They even spent time showing me the controls on the electric van I was hiring. A very big thank you and keep up the excellent work.

Like for like van swap
Harjinder saw to making sure that I was seen promptly & offered friendly service & facilities while I waited for the van swap. If I was his manager, I'd give him a healthy bonus in the next wage packet. Very satisfied & no hassle whatsoever. Would highly recommend.

Good quality service came to get my van looked at harj at the front desk was great well mannered and very helpful.and many thanks to Shirley who is wonderful,during my wait she always made sure I was looked after offering me a hot drink and biscuits and someone to talk to.many thanks to glen who had a look over my vehicle. Came into northgate cannock branch for routine maintenance and servicing on work vehicles, service is always great, friendly welcoming on arrival each time, Especially from cliff on the front desk, also a massive thanks to Tracey for the constant updates when one of our vans was getting repaired.
