Paul E, was exceptional with taking care of my issue. Had a van delivered with a few faults. Brought it to the depot and he swapped it out with a brand new van within 15 minutes with no hesitation

Superb service throughout.
I’ve got told to take my high vehicle to my local Northgate van hire due to an unknown vehicle hitting me
I spoke with the reception team and was looked after by Paul E .
They looked at my van. I was kept fully informed of what was going on and what was required.
From the team at front of house to the team at back of house as they say were superb
I had a nice cup of hot chocolate and a biscuit while I was waiting and felt super impressed with the service so thank you all at Northgate colwood lane haywards heath 👏👏
