Brought my company van in to get the brakes checked out. Alika and Paul E were on the reception desk and were very friendly and kept me informed of the status of the repair. Very professional and smooth service. One satisfied customer 😁

I had a fantastic and friendly service from start to finish , Alika was so helpful as I need my van returned as I was unable to pick it up , she arranged for this to be done ,it saved my day … and then when my van was returned ,the driver Paul B ,was so friendly the service from Paul was fantastic , overall the experience I had with Northgate , was ten stars
