Always helpful and accommodating.
I took my van in to have a fault looked at, unfortunately the van couldn’t be fixed same day but Tim sorted me a replacement van in no time and they got the annual service completed while waiting for the parts to save me a return trip. They were patient with me and accommodated me moving lots of kit between vans, and a couple of chaps in the workshop asked if i needed help as well. I had a problem with the hire van but I called the workshop and the gent on the phone talked me through a simple fix to allow me to continue my day with minimal disruption. Very friendly team, always happy to help.
