The company I work for hired the van…
The company I work for hired the van for my work. This van would not start this morning. The out of hours assistant on the breakdown phone line was extremely helpful and put me through to RAC.
I ended up having to take the van to the local Northgate yard. Sarah the receptionist is very polite, professional. Sarah tooke her time to listen to the issue. Offer you a drink whilst their technicians are looking at the van. The technicians started looking at the van straight away so they can come up with the next steps.
Very happy with their response and customer service.
I would recommend these 100%.

Took work van in for MoT was provided with a replacement vehicle which was very clean and fit for purpose, came with a full tank of fuel as well

Hire van booked in for a service, arrived and signed a couple of forms, staff were very friendly and helpful comfy waiting area and tea/coffee available whilst waiting, service was completed promptly and efficiently, definitely recommend
