What great experience went into my local Northgate to book my hire van in to have slow puncture repair. Reception team and Jordan the engineer arranged for the repair to be done straight away.... Voir plus

3rd sep till 25 jan for minor repairs, and still brokeunsuitable van as replacement
Took works van in for mot,service,minor repairs,lots of excuses,parts changed that imo were changed for the sake of it,,, found they couldnt repair it fully and dumped it off elswhere for repair ( the faults wernt there when i took it in) so all in all 4.5 MONTH to fix something i could have done in 2 days,,, also the rental was very unsuitable ..been told rubbish all the way through,been messed about,they even lost it once,,, never ever seen service so bad EDIT now upon collection, it pulls to the left and despite new sesors,bumper n fittings THEY STILL DO NOT WORK ,plus the oil n coolant was low after the "service"#2 wk later, plastic sump guard fell off, not fitted correctly,, no reply from complaints,,, ,,its a work van,, if u want to lose work, use northgates.edit 2 someone rang me after this, to " educate " me how good the staff were, no real apology" their techs couldnt make a burger in maccy d,s never mind fix a van

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Review for Northgate Vehicle Hire Sheffield
Walking into Northgate Sheffield felt less like a vehicle hire depot and more like stepping into a saga. There she was: Emma — a bubbly, mature, Viking-plaited hair goddess whose charm and charisma could melt even the harshest of creatures. Forget customer service, this was customer sorcery.
Yes, I had to wait a little while for my van, but honestly, the wait was worth it. Emma’s dedication, professionalism, and sheer charisma turned what could have been a dull pause into a masterclass in how to make customers feel valued. If charisma were horsepower, Emma would be driving a supercar.
Now, onto the van itself: I came in for a recall on my electric van and was handed a like-for-like replacement. Except — plot twist — the replacement was better than the one I drive daily. Spacious, spotless, tidy, and smooth. It was like Northgate had secretly upgraded me into the VIP lane.
My only criticism? The coffee machine. Please, Northgate, I beg you — upgrade it. Emma can charm the frost off a glacier, but even she can’t make that coffee taste like anything other than a medieval punishment.
All in all, this was a brilliant experience. Emma deserves a crown, the van deserves a fan club, and the coffee machine deserves retirement.

Absolutely fantastic service. Van was booked in for a service on the wrong date and I was told the day after.
Emma and Emily at the Sheffield branch sorted it straight out and managed to squeeze us in despite being the wrong day.
