Wonderful Customer Services
Our logistics driver had quite a horrific accident in a Northgate Vehicle. There customer services has been great in particular I have been speaking with Debs who has gone above and beyond to help. We really appreciate all her effort especially at a very stressful time.

After having issues with my rental today and needing to be back on the road as quick as possible Senami went above and beyond to make this happen. She was super helpful and I think she’s a great asset for the team

Absolute fabulous service from start to finish had my lead van delivered and it’s been 10 days and my new van is ready very very professional and yet that special friendliness a breath of fresh air to find a company that still cares and has old fashion values the site was immaculate the reception was also immaculate

Best depot by far Snodland
If you’re in need of a vehicle I highly recommend to hire vehicles from Northgate using the Snodland depot.
The staff in this depot are absolutely amazing, so friendly and just can’t help enough.
Jesse and Noel assisted me in resolving our ongoing vehicle issue and managed to source and provide vehicles that other companies could not.

Hired Car
Northgate dropped hired car to me last week. They were very prompt and professional that I was very please.
Today gentleman ( DAL ) collected the off hired car after 7Day's was very polite and very professional. I would not hesitate to hire any vehicle again if i ever need to from Northgate.

Kayley and Senami really made the difference at the Snodland branch , I had been offered a van from online ordering and been waiting ages past the date expected , which weren’t great for business, contacted Kayley within 2 weeks drove away from Snodland with a van and stress over thank you ladies for your help .

GREAT SERVICE
I had occasion to visit Northgate in Snodland to have a service book updated from a former Kia vehicle on contract hire. It was specifically to guarantee its 7 year factory Warranty. I was met at the reception and handed over to the Customer Service Adviser named as Ducky. He then took my case to the Workshop Manager with the authentic information on the Vehicles service history and had the service booklet signed up.. I was very happy at the way my request was handled with professionalism and good customer facing service. Just the way i did in the past when i was in the trade.

Had issue with van which is always…
Had issue with van which is always frustrating and never convenient. I was seen by Senami who assured me she would get a tech to look at the van and get me back to work as soon as she could. I was updated and not left just sitting in waiting and had a replacement van in no time. Very happy with service today 👍🏼

The whole team at snodland are amazing a always go out there way to help you, from Andy mallard at the front desk, who always greets us with a smile and friendly manner and get to work on the issue straight way, the young ladies, on the front desk also very helpful and friendly, Jesse the branch manager also there to listen and come up with a solution and always takes time to greet you when he knows your there, 5star service everytime
