Norton Way Group - GWR Kia Avis 

I had a very good experience thanks to Rey Janjua , the salesman. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful in helping me find the right car for my budget and my needs. He took the time to explain the details of the electric car we were looking for ,patiently walked me through all the options, and answered all my questions with clarity.
He seemd to have a good understanding of electric vehicles from battery life to charging stations, and even provided insightful tips on maximizing the car's performance. He never once made me feel rushed or pressured, which made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. He went through all the options for the deal he waso ffering and passed me on to his supervisor Habib who was also polite and courteous. Its a pity the deal didnt go through as it was only due to the Senior Manager there who came all guns blazing to shut us down when we enquired if a certain cosmetic plan option could be removed to reduce the price. He was quite curt and rude and told us in his own words " take it or leave it " .
Whilst we would have still taken the deal if we were dealing with Rey or Habib , its the Senior manager's attitude which made us think otherwise. we did end up buying the same car but at a different dealership.
But I must give credit to Rey Janjua, albeit at a different dealership, that I drove off with the EV which suited me , and I couldn't be happier with my choice.

Initially the service was good but after I paid for the vehicle but hadn't collected it I found interest had gone as far as my situation was concerned. Eventually I got my car due to asking to speak to a manager and I am now struggling to get a response with getting linked to the kia app which still remains linked to the previous owner!!!!

Excellent service from a very personable Simon Anderson. However, being the biggest in UK coupled with the many variants of the KIA Sportage model it was sometimes unclear of the differences (e.g. 18" / 19" wheels?, Contradiction on paper work and website, and the available trimmings to see at first hand -Shadow model. Despite that, excellent service from the sales team in the midst of building refit. Very happy with the model purchased. I look forward to excellent after sales / service from Norton Way in the same capacity.

Freindly and helpful staff, in particular Delair who was the saleman we dealt with. He was efficient followed things up for us and the purchase and trade in was seemless.

Purchased a Kia Picanto from GWR Kia in Brentford. Thank you to our Sales Executive, Simon Anderson, who provided an excellent service and enabled us to complete the sale in 1 visit to the garage since we were coming from a distance. Simon made sure the car was ready in advance including test driving it for us, provided full detailed videos with commentary and took time to patiently respond to our questions via calls and emails. Thank you also to Charlie, who helped to alleviate concerns about the internet transaction.

We were very happy with the service at the garage on the day, Simon accompanied us on a test drive and then helped us through the completion of the sale. The performance and condition of the car was great and we would definitely recommend Norton Way.
