Collected my brand new Sorrento this…
Collected my brand new Sorrento this week. They covered my car with a massive cloth at the front of the store and did a grand unveiling! We very surprised and liked this touch. Sat helped me and was very knowledgeable and he kept in touch with us from ordering to collection. The new offices are very nice and comfortable.

Very Poor service departments
Although we previously had a negative experience with the service department at Norton Way GWR Kia, our most recent visit was notably positive. We understand that, at times, things can go wrong, and we appreciate the effort made to provide a much-improved service this time. Today I collected my my new vehicle after a short 3week wait and I must say from start to finish my experience has been wonderful. Sat was the very helpful salesman who assisted me, from selecting my car, the paperwork & everything in between. He is extremely professional and was very accommodating answering all of my questions quickly and making sure my new car was all set up and ready for a perfect driving experience. 5star team member.
