I ordered a dining table and chairs after visiting the showroom. I had a few questions and found the customer service through the store, email and telephone was fantastic. Great delivery times and delivery service. The products I ordered are of fantastic quality. I will definitely be ordering more furniture from this store.

Excellent quality furniture, so please and quick delivery

I called the company to ask a couple of questions about the product and delivery. They could not have been more helpful. The website was very easy to use. The delivery was quick with plenty of notice before they arrived. Two gentlemen took the very heavy items upstairs, unpacked them and removed all the cardboard and polystyrene. Used shoe covers in the house and got it upstairs without any issues. Workington may sound a long way but buying from them is a must. The oak desk and matching filing cabinet are absolutely brilliant. Very pleased indeed. It is such a shame that people buy from another store and then mistakenly add bad feedback to this company who are one of the best I have ever dealt with.

Ordered bedroom furniture from Chelmsford branch on 3/12/24. Delivery arranged for 31/12/24. I was delighted that the delivery was made on time fully assembled in the room of my choice and I could see in the New Year with my beautiful furniture. Excellent

Finally ordered our sofa after visiting the store on numerous occasions and being warmly greeted by Dave, his knowledge was outstanding and i was very pleased to see that he was also one of the delivery guys. Very helpful when selecting furniture and respectful of our property

Although our order took a little longer to fulfill than we expected, David from customer services kept us regularly updated throughout by email and phone messages. What felt like a very personal service was very much appreciated

Communications with us were very good. The two gentlemen who came to deliver our table and put it together were very efficient and very friendly. We were not able to be at home when our chairs were delivered, so some relations were here in our place and they said everything had been straightforward.

Thanks to Oak Furniture for an easy to use and helpful web site, especially when buying large furniture items by photos only. An excellent service, fast delivery, and packaged well, as weighing in at 92Kg. The delivery guys carefully unwrapped and installed the cabinet where I wanted it, in quick and friendly manner. I am very pleased at the quality, an excellent purchase overall and it fulfils all my requirements.
