Great furniture which is well-made and sturdy. Exceptional service, delivery and assembly when delivered, including removal of all packaging. I am very happy with my lovely wide chest of drawers and tallboy which look brilliant with the other items purchased and which are also of very good quality.

Good quality furniture only one thing we received it with a handle missing took a week and a half to get it

The furniture arrived on the agreed date, was unpacked and brought in undamaged by the delivery team, the furniture is sturdy and well made to a standard you expect from China, we knew this from the previous oak furniture that we have bought and from viewing the items at another outlet nearby which was more expensive. All I can say is if you’ve previously had hand made English furniture like we had don’t expect the same quality, if you’ve previously want well made mass produced furniture this is excellent for what you pay

Excellent service. We were quoted 3-4 weeks’ delivery. The units arrived in 4 days, which meant the decorating got done faster 😆. We had a query which was dealt with immediately. Lovely company to deal with.

Outstanding assistance and service with no pressure to buy. Leah offered to send me photos by email of different views of furniture I was interested in. I went to their amazing huge store in the end and am so happy i did as i chose some chairs that were new in that week and I probably wouldn't have thought of them off their web page. I highly recommend this Company. I ordered glass cabinet and paid for it. Unfortunately it was not in stock. David Harris dealt with this very quickly and he was very helpful.
