The service was fantastic, the person who helped me was very helpful and knowledgeable of all the products. The delivery and set up was very quick and they even did it for free because I loved so close.

Fast timely delivery. Great quality chairs. Slight assembly require but it was very simple and easy to do without tools. Chairs are very sturdy and comfortable and I feel are good value for money. The website was easy to navigate.

We love our extendable oak table! The unextended table has a small footprint, but more than adequate for our family of three, and it extends to seat 8 (and possibly even 10 at an uncomfortable push, but this would be only attempted if absolutely necessary!) The extension mechanism is very elegant and easy to use, we just hope it stands the test of time and use.

We spoke to customer service before ordering and she was very helpful in advising us how to ensure delivery wasn't attempted during our holiday (as it was unlikely to be delivered prior). The *only* downside of our experience is that having added a note to our order saying we would be unavailable to take delivery until after 24 August, we then received a text telling us delivery was scheduled for 23 August, which was a bit annoying. However, delivery was swiftly rescheduled to take place a few days later. Delivery arrived on time and the delivery guys were very friendly and polite. Would definitely order from Oak Furniture UK again.

We purchased several of the items in the Scandi range offered by Oak Furniture uk. We had been searching for weeks for a range of furniture to blend with our Ercol refurbished, mid century rocker and easy chair. I was so pleased when the items arrived. All were very well made, stylish and elegant and just the look we were searching for. The delivery was prompt convenient and very slick. The furniture that we ordered is very well made and excellent quality. The service was good and the delivery drivers very helpful.

The company website was well laid out and easy to use. There was excellent customer service throughout from purchase to delivery. I spoke with David who was meticulous in arranging delivery. He went "the extra mile giving me excellent advice on how to hang a heavy solid oak mirror.
I also purchased a large solid oak bookcase which was of very good quality and good value for money.

Good after sale service.

There was a delay in delivery from the seller's supplier, which had to be chased a couple of times. On delivery there was a small area of damage on the chair, but the seller arranged for a furniture restorer to come out and repair the damage and checked that we were happy with the repair (which we were). Not every order can be perfect, so excellent after sales care is important and that is what we received here.

Lovely piece of furniture, perfect size for my small dining room. Delivery drivers were very helpful and respected my property and new carpets, offering to remove their shoes without me asking them to.
My only grumble concerns fixing the handles on. There were no washers provided, therefore the fixing screw couldn’t get any purchase, it kept turning without securing the handle tightly. I’ve used the original pieces of fibrous ‘paper’ that were tied around the screws that secured the handles inside the drawers and cupboards for transit. This has done the job perfectly. If they disintegrate I’ll have to get some washers of some sort.
