This company are selling items via Wowcher *side note to check who supplies or fulfils orders from this site before purchasing.

The sweeper and steam mop that is advertised, neither mops or sweeps as you would imagine.

When I raised the lack of functionality I was offered a 10% refund, OR to send the product/s back at my own cost for a full refund.

The company even confirmed that the item was a duster, and would only "absorb" dust. I sadly can't upload pictures here.

Awful customer service who just want to argue and then start changing timelines for a return (if you even wanted to do that). Again can't upload the evidence here but time frame to return the item went from 3 days to 2, meaning it would have to go back via a pricey postage method to ensure it arrived within their window.

If I could give a minus star rating I would. I will be checking suppliers on Wowcher before any purchase in future. In fact I'll probably stop using it altogether.

Bought garden sculpture When it arrived it was self assembly and looked like it had been designed by a child with mechano set. Put straight into bin.

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes from wowcher from this company, returned both and only giving a refund for 1. They keep making excuses and it's like you are constantly talking to a robot. We have been trying to solve this issue since January.
Please avoid in anyway you can! Would give them zero stars if I could.

Steer clear of this company. It should be shut down. 38 days and still waiting for my item. Any other companies thats using this as a platform for their business you are just as much to blame

DO NOT USE!! The reviews are spot on. This company are crooks. Bought a hairdryer via wowcher that never worked and they refused to refund me.

I purchased X2 K18 hair masks. On receiving the products, it was clear straight away these products were fake and not genuine. I immediately contacted Wowcher via WhatsApp the same day and alerted them due to safety concerns and also to begin the process of obtaining a refund due to it being a faulty product. I was advised to submit a refund request through the returns portal. I completed the request on the same day and have email acknowledgment the return had been accepted. I returned the products and attained proof of delivery. I am now battling with both Wowcher and Oberobiz for my refund as they are claiming the returned products were received after 30 days. I have stated clearly my statutory rights for a FAULTY product are as follows: 'If you've owned the item for less than six months, the retailer must give you a full refund' therefore the date of return is well within the statutory rights period. I have contacted both companies and neither are yet to acknowledge my statutory rights for a faulty product or provide a refund. I will be left with no choice but to take them to the small claims court.

Wish I had taken note of the reviews before buying. Purchased a board game via Wowcher which arrived severely damaged. Contacted the ‘merchant’ as instructed with images of the damaged box. Was advised that as the contents within the box weren’t damaged I would be responsible for paying the return postage. This was purchased as a gift and could not hand it over due to the poor condition it arrived in. Spent 3 days getting the same standard answer from Alice, who was not helpful at all. “Dear customer…” my name is on the order - address me as a human being please! Wowcher did not seem bothered and kept referring me back to the merchant. I will never use Wowcher again. Utterly useless and shameful.

They are thieves don't but anything from them they send you a fault item by the time you communicate back and forth it goes on for 30 days they ask you to return the item then they keep it and they won't return the item back to you or give you back your money. There low rating should say it all

Do not buy from this company through wowcher. Bought a hairdryer that did not work from the off.
It was a present so bought in nov not discovered until Christmas.
Sent them the email they asked for videos of the fault which I did. Then they said would refund or replace then a week later they said as it was o ver 30 days since purchase would not do anything.
Contacted wowcher who have CC'd in the emails but still wont do anything.
Do not respect consumer rights act at all. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Do not buy from this company the products are laughable and then you return through Evri with tracking as suggested and even though you have proof it was delivered back to them they didn’t refund! Wowcher use them! Terrible company they do not communicate properly or respond to questions.

Bought a voucher through livingsocial. Item never arrived and now by seeing the reviews I dont have hope of it ever arriving and even if it does, I doubt it will work
No way to contact and livingsocial (wowcher) are not taking any responsibility. Won't be using them again.

Steer clear of this company. They are scammers. I ordered through Wowcher and they sent something that was nothing like what I ordered. There was no accountability from either company. They messed me about that long and then told me it was too late to get a refund. They both need closing down. I intend to go to trading standards about them.

Absolute sham of a company. The shoddy ‘goods’ they send are nothing like what they are advertising. When you try to arrange a return, they ask for a multitude of information and it takes so long for them to respond that they then tell you that you’ve had the items for too long and you have passed the 30 days return period! I have sent them the ‘evidences’ they require to prove that l was within their timeframe but have repeatedly got the same automated response from Alice. I have been battling with them since the beginning of November 2023. They are breaching our consumer rights and l have contacted Wowcher several times to assist me. Each time l’ve had to go through the same monotonous process with them for them to just sit on the fence and take no further action. Absolutely shameful customer service and disgraceful treatment by both companies. After all the stress and the useless and disrespectful treatment l have received- and then seeing how many other customers they have treated in the same way l am determined to get Wowcher and Oberobiz shut down. They should be so ashamed! False advertising and false returns procedures. Oberobiz have also failed to give me an address or any contact details to speak to someone other than Alice after numerous requests. Awful!!

Ordered an item from this company via Wowcher! (I know)
They lied in their listing so returned the item via their returns system.
They refused delivery and so Evri disposed of the item!
They are refusing to refund me! Wowcher keep referring me back to the merchant! Evri won't refund me because I'm not the seller! I have to say that the three of them work very well together scamming people!!!!!!!!!!!

In a previous review I outlined the problems I’d had with this company through the WoWcher voucher system. My experience mirrored that of many others.

The worst company and customer service I have ever come across.
Paid for an order through Wowcher and they sent the wrong item. Their customer service team are robots with generic unpersonalised replies. They are refusing to send the correct item or refund me. Wowcher are also of no help whatsoever.
Lesson well and truly learnt to never use either company again.
Avoid at all costs.

I purchased what was supposed to be Xmas Penguins with Lights via a Wowcher deal (Who I also tried to contact) and as far as I am concerned they were nothing like the picture on the website.

It isn't the Money it is the principle, I tried to return them for a refund (Contacted within the 14 days period) and all they would offer was 10% off as I was disappointed. It is certainly NOT worth the Original price of £60 or even the Offer Price of £20.

I have NOT used the product it is still in its packaging.

I am also taking this case to Trading Standards to try and resolve it.

So be ware, I didn't have the Company details before I bought the Wowcher.

Not a trustworthy company.

Sold a dashcam through wowcher drop down box to choose front and internal or front and rear.
Chose front and rear received front and internal.
Multiple emails that are clearly stalling till I can't return.
Information asked that has already provided. Asked for pictures, a description of what's wrong over and over then ask for a video.
Then I get told since there is no fault I have to pay for the return. This is despite the consumer rights act 2015 saying they have to pay if the item is not as described.

I don't expect a resolution and quite honestly it's not worth my time. I should of just my hand in my pocket and bought from a reputable company.

Do yourself a favour and avoid this company either via there website or anywhere else they try to steal your money.
