Sold me counter fit goods that wouldn't even pass a health and safety check, cheap materials. Clearly they are scamming people, I have now forwarded the good to the original Breathing Otter products to take legal action I hope to stop this happing to other consumers.

wful experience. Ordered a Christmas cat light, claimed to be made from durable fabric, with 130 lights, a long lead to plug it in . Image shows a 3D item made from tinsel fabric. What I got was a printed image of the item put onto a piece of acrylic. Item is not what is described and it is a scam. Merchant is Obero. Wowcher are complicit in them scamming people and robbing people's hard earned money. Wowcher would not help and said it's the merchant who needs to authorise the refund. Merchant offered me a 10% refund which is 89p (probably the worth of the item) or return at my own expense (I bet I would never see the money refunded then!) scam artists! I will be going to my bank to dispute the transaction.

Just received "woollen" coat....not even a floorcloth quality. How are these Chinese companies selling thru people like wowcher? Why are they not stopped from trading? Don't think for a minute I'll get a refund. Shocking. How many scammed thousands are they taking?

Bought set of 3 family outdoor 'LIGHT UP' reindeer via wowcher.
Website states it has LEDs in the body of the animal and that you assemble the various parts of the body.....both statements are false!!
No lights in the body, no assembly to be 3D, so as it comes as a whole cut out, it's 2D

Got 2 seperate lights (therefore 1 missing) and nowhere to fix them on. They don't come embedded in to the item at all

Let's see if i get a refund.....I may revise the star rating in reflection but I can only assume if will be a battle which I won't give in

Bought a coat redeeming the voucher paid extra £10 next day delivery !! That was 14 days ago still no coat

Redeemed a Wowcher voucher for a Taylor Swift advent calendar. Absolutely shocking product. Half the items supposed to be in the calendar are missing and the other bits haven't been made, they're all in pieces..

OBERO want me to pay to return the calendar to them before they'll refund me. For their product that is nothing like description. Disgusting company.

This company is a merchant of woocher. Woocher is a good company but this Obero Biz is a very substandard scaming company which is represented by their representative named Alice.
I ordered Canada Goose Inspired Jacket and in the description it clearly says winter style casual jacket with side pockets.
I recieved the jacket without side pockets. I didnt liked the jacket. I wanted to return that.
I started coorespondence with them. First they ask the pictures. I sent them pictures. Then they ask video I sent them video. Then they say in description there are no side pockets. I showed them in description it clearly says winter style casual jacket with side pockets then they said (According to the evidences you provided, the product seems to be fine, the real product may look slightly different from the advertising image tho.)
I had to spent £9.95 to sent this jacket back to them.
I didnt read the reviews about them on trust pilot. I just followed woocher. Woocher is a good company.
Please dont buy any thing from them. First they say something then they dont admitt what they said and after that they said some thing else.
They are scamers. Please becarefull about them.

I ordered a "wetsuit changing mat and drawstring bag" ..... The pictures looked great, it had a lip round the edge and pictured someone standing in it. It had a shoulder strap and also a handle and the drawstring.
I got a thin, see through circular piece of plastic with drawstring that doesn't even close! When I wrote to them, enclosing pictures the reply was "according to the evidence you provided the product seems to be fine. The real product may look slightly different from the advertising image tho"
I wish I could attach pictures - "slightly different". It's a different product altogether!

My first order from obero was a boxing machine, when it arrived it was second hand, the second item was a sweeper mop that did not sweep up and this item they wanted me to pay postage for return, their problem so they should pay, they keep asking for video evidence that I have sent twice and are still asking, avoid this company

This company is a complete joke. Bought lawn aerator shoes from them via Wowcher. They arrived late and faulty. The straps are broken and they do not stay on the foot/shoe. Sought a refund via Wowcher within 7 days. Now mid August and not resolved. . Oberobiz stating they will not refund as I have had the product too long before the fault developed, despite receiving proof that I applied for the refund within stated timeframe. This is now going round and round in circles from me to Wowcher to Oberobiz and back again. Total scam! Avoid at all costs. I will not be purchasing from them again and feel I have also been let down by Wowcher.

Please don’t buy from this company. If you do just hope it doesn’t stop working.
I bought a wifi door camera from this company on Go Groupie in June 2025. Worked fine until the 10th of August when it lost the Wi-Fi connection and wouldn’t reconnect. Contacted Oberobiz who said any defect had to be reported within 30 days, so my 66 days of use before breaking isn’t covered. Spend a bit more and buy from a reliable company.

Used Wowcher to buy a 'Foldable Travel Duffel Bag' from here, when it arrived I was disappointed in how cheap it looked but assumed it was fit for purpose.
The metal clip holding the cross body strap, snapped as I was walking through London carrying the bag. Absolute garbage if you carry more than a tissue in the bag.

Great company with great products. I would highly recommend Obero. Genuine company and genuine products. Excellent two way camera. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ordered a micro current skin tightening device (falsely advertised as Feipushi brand). Absolutely rubbish, doesn't work at all, doesn't even charge up. Ordered through Wowcher who are neglecting to verify whether the merchants they advertise are reputable.

Absolute scammers! Bought V5 video doorbell, worked for a few days then stopped. It’s advertisement states you don’t need to subscribe to any subscriptions, but this is false advertising. Reporting to Trading Standards as they are conning people. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

I would give zero stars if I could. I bought a Taylor Swift backpack set for my granddaughter, but what I received was nothing like what I ordered. I emailed the company, and they have since updated their pictures to include the backpack that was not an option. Please don't waste your time and money. This site is a complete scam!
