One Energy Avis 

I moved across from my previous supplier to One Energy, they manage my account and got me a cheaper rate. I have had no complaints and would 100% recommend to anyone.

I recently transitioned over to this supplier after a recommendation and found the process simple, easy and problem free. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff who always respond when needed. Thank you One energy!

I would recommend One Energy for their customer service alone. After having issues with my previous supplier, I cannot express how much being able to talk to my account manager so quickly can make such a difference. Went through every step of the process and I couldn’t feel in better hands.

We changed to one energy 1year ago after being offered a 5% discount on both our existing gas & electric tariffs.
The discount is a true discount off of our original tariff & we have been very happy with the service we have received from everyone at one energy & would have no hesitation recommending one energy, so much so that we have just asked them to quote for our next fixed price deal as ours ends in October.

I was moved across to One energy who simply took on my current supply and reduced my rates by 5%, I know it doesn't sound like a huge amount but in the grand scheme of things it has made a huge difference.

Great service, with friendly and helpful staff

I moved to one energy from British Gas for my electricity over a year ago as their renewal price was much cheaper. I’m glad I moved when I did as prices have more than doubled since. They have been easy to deal with and no issues even after a had an incorrect final bill from British Gas which one energy helped me rectify.

I moved to one energy and I never have to wait on hold.
I can get through to my account manager and any query that I have is resolved quickly and efficiently.
Their bills are easy to understand and their whole process is really straightforward

Been with OE for just over a year, had no issues and brilliant to pick up a phone and speak straight away to a human being. Really competitive prices In challenging times.
