Cannot contact this company to discuss policy. Says to contact using customer portal via live chat. The live chat feature does not work (says no file found) and there is no number to call. Currently on hold to claims number as seems the only way to hopefully speak to someone. How can you offer insurance policies but the holder cannot contact you at all. Absolutely appalling.

Absolutely horrific company
Absolutely horrific company, triggered an automatic renewal even though I phoned a year ago just after purchasing to make sure that option was off.
Now passing me to a debt collector for apparent money owed even though I changed insurers.
Policy number 84148-25142-83352 so you know this is a real review.

We can see looking at your policy that the auto renewal was turned off after the policy had actually started, so it was taken that you did not want the policy to auto renew for the following year. If you had the vehicle insured elsewhere, please could you send in proof of dual insurance, and we can look at backdating the cancellation of the policy for you.
