Online Car Parts - South Africa Avis 

This company is fake l went to Randburg l found an old building with no one inside. It's adjacent to a Fuel Garage, the workers there warned me that they have seen a lot of people who had lost their monies. Buy at your own risk.

Its now over 10 working days, still no plug leads I ordered. Countless calls with same answer of we will get back to you. Wake the "F" up please!!!!!! The only way to write this review was to give you guys 1 star (what a cheek). My ref is HBDLISXHQ can someone who prides their work pls sort this out.

Tavilyn the sales consultant is very unprofessional and she left out a part of my order for my vehicle which has caused 4 days delay in delivery. I am losing business because of her incompetence. I am highly dissatisfied with the service.

This place is an absolute scam. All the parts always show in stock and available on their website. So you place your order and pay, and then you don't receive an estimated delivery date. Getting hold of anybody is more difficult than flying to Mars. I am still waiting for either my parts or my refund but hope died long ago. Don't be me and lose your money.

Place an order - paid - an NO communication or receipt of the items. This is scammers.

Paid the scammers and then just nothing. No parts no delivery no answer on their phones and no refund.

I have placed an order with online car parts on the 22nd may #TDBYDLL it is already the 4th of June I am now waiting 2 weeks for a car part , they do not respond on emails they do not answer any call center calls it dials dead and they speak to a person like **** on whatsapp 1 response no apology, i was informed i would have my car part by now but yet i am still having to find myself running after them to see if i can get an update after receiving empty promises their call center will put you on hold and end the call . at this point i just want answers or i wil have to chargeback my funds from the bank

The whole process was so smooth when ordering my clutch kit for my Renault on their website. Thank you to the boys for assisting me. I dont want to mention their names for privacy sake but im grateful to them for helping a gal out.

Never buy from them. I gave up on my money. It been a year now, but I won't stop alerting people.

Complete nightmare - stay clear of this company, they dont deliver and then dont answer the phone

I ordered a radiator for my son's FAW V2 hatchback online. Last week on Thursday (30 April 2026) I went to check the item at their premises in Randburg, and s friendly staff member by the name of Gugu assured me that it will be delivered to my address on Monday (04 May 2026) by courrier. I am glad to say that today a brand new radiator was delivered on my doorstep by the Courrier Guy company. To Gugu and her team at Online Car Parts I say "Keep up your 5-star excellent service".

I bought parts online they don't care to refund
Stole my money
They never answer there phone and when they do they drop it

Ordered and Not received

I ordered parts on the 1st April 2026, nothing received, no comms, no answer on phone, no answer on email and then the worst part. They featured on the Devi Show on the 12th April for the second time due to 100s of client complaints and no refunds.

Honestly Online Car Parts are useless. The parts don't arrive and the sales/CS people are next to useless. They ignore your calls/messages, when you do speak to someone they say your order is shipping that day and then two weeks later you're calling them again.

DO NOT USE ONLINE CAR PARTS THEY ARE SCAMMERS

I have ordered parts on the 22nd Feb 2026, and after couple of days nothing was ever shipped out, then I started calling and they said it will be shipped out the Tuesday then again the Thursday then just to tell me afterwards that they don't have the parts, I requested a refund they told me it takes 7 working day, after the 7 working days still haven't received my refund, I have ordered with them before but this is really the worst experience, my car is at a mechanic now I need to pay extra for storage because on of online parts

I ordered parts from them before and got good service but this last time was abysmal. I will NEVER support them again and do my best to save others the pain of dealing with Online Car Parts. They must be going out of business but are doing so in the most dishonest way. I paid R1100 on 8 January 2026 for oil. After a month my order still showed 'in processing'. I started following up telephonically, by e-mail and by Whatsapp. After more than 10 calls, 5 e-mails and 2 Whatsapps I finally got through to a person in Finance (Naideen) who promised to help me. My order was finally cancelled on 28 February with a promise the get a refund on 4 March. This never happened and my Whatsapps are not even being read. I don't know what to do short of driving to their shop and demanding my money back! My patience has run out with this bunch of crooks.

I Ordered and paid for parts on 02/10/2025. Parts showed In stock. Did not receive the part and was forced to order elsewhere. Requested a refund, I am still waiting for it today.
The lady "Naideen" responsible for accounts and queries, never answers the call or does not respond to emails or she is never at work.

I have received my parts going on 3 months now and I cannot contact these people in any way at all...
I want a refund but I can't request one... they basically stole R1000 from me. I don't know what to do, if someone has a solution please reach out.

I order carpart but didn't receive it,I phone them on all there nr but nobody pick up.WhatsApp them no reply ,no answer. Very disappointed.

Bunch of scammers. Stay clear of these thieves. Still waiting for my order after 3 months with no communication and probably more than 20 calls, wattsaps and emails.
