Online Car Parts - South Africa Avis 

Not conducting honest business. Your calls and messages are completely ignored. They don't get back to you. Plenty of people don't get refunds after cancelling their orders because their parts never arrived. Someone even got a fake proof of payment for a refund apparently. I'm not sure how there isn't a criminal investigation under way.

I'm in shock how I fell for their con, just ordered pistons for my Clio 4, 0.9 tce, I'm really enraged and if opportunity comes I'll deal with the owners if I don't get my money back.

I ordered and paid for parts online on 17 September 2025 but have not yet received my order. I have tried calling multiple times without success and have sent several emails. I only received one response stating that they were looking into the matter, but there has been no further update. They are unable to provide a delivery date and have shown a lack of professionalism and customer service. Very disappointed.

Unfortunately you cant give this company a negative rating.
I ordered and paid for part more than three months ago and still have not recieved it, after two months, I requested a refund but still havent recieved that. They are a scam operation, they were even on the devi show where they were caughtout about their dealings.
Would strongly recommed avoiding this company, not trust worthy people.

I think this company should be mass reported to the saps cybercrime and national consumer commission for scamming consumers and not providing services stated on their website. I have made a purchase and paid for an overnight delivery and till now no communication has been provided. My purchase has been stuck on processing, WhatsApp and phone calls are not answered.
After two weeks waiting period and a complaint on the online car parts shop google reviews I managed to get the part I ordered.

After a week still no part or feedback.Part shows in stock online and 2 days for delivery but nothing yet.Hope I will get my money back somehow.Never order from these guys.They just take your money and then nothing happens.Worst online parts store ever!!!

I ordered parts in the past without problems, this time, I was phoned about proof of payment, and after a few days of waiting still no parts, After phoning I was told no stock on parts and it was shown as available and in stock on website. I am seriously beginning to doubt online sales of carparts. They are quick to take money, but NO feedback or updates, I doubt I will get my money back also.

Disappointing service. No one answers the phone. Empty promises and still waiting for the order. They used to be good once but now, eish.

This is THE worst company, they are extremely unreliable and unresponsive. Empty promises given, kept lying about part being delivered, and never delivered when they said it would have. The consultants are completely incompetent, they ignore your calls, messages, they tell you different stories every time. Absolutely pathetic and, I highly recommend you do not use their services, do not waste your time. Online car parts, you guys are absolutely disappointing. Lesson learnt.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Extremely unprofessional, actually there is nobody to even talk to for them to be professional. I can't understand how they are still in business. This company is a big joke and should be shut down. NO COMMUNICATION ON ALL THERE WHATSAPPS AS WELL AS TELEPHONE NUMBER. I still don't have my order since 16 April 2025.

Very unprofessional! False advertising! They don't take you serious when you call... still haven't fot my parts, struggling to get my refund. I advice people to stay away from online car parts.

I placed on order for a sensor, paid for the part and overnight delivery. Its been 11 days and still no goods. They do not reply to emails. They answer calls but put you on hold for 20-30 minutes whilst "they check with despatch". Each day they tell me that the part is ready but it never leaves. This site needs to be blocked by Google, they are liars.

Paid for parts. Nothing recieved. Calls ignored. Wattsapp read but ignored. Scam scam scam. Do not buy here

It is the worst company to buy parts from, they don't return calls they never answer calls their whatsapp line don't work. now looking for credit still is a mission. stay away and buy from another reputable company

Online car parts is a SCAMMER. I would like to warn the public not to buy from then as they are scammers. You will never get your order what you have paid for. they don't answer phones or emails. Please people lets report scammers and stop them. Please report them to FNB bank, Payfast, Payflex, Moneymarket Checkers and Pep Cell, Pep Home.

Terrible service been waiting 3 weeks for an order, the excuse they use is they did not receive proof of payment. When you call the person can be heard yawning and has no idea what they doing. Avoid at all cost !!

THE WORST CUTOMER SERVICE, ordered almost 2 weeks ago and still no feedback, still dont have my parts, they dont answer calls and when they do they just put you on hold. DONT EVER BUY FROM THEM. It is my biggest regret.

ORDERED PARTS ON WED 13 AUGUST 2025, PROMISED OVERNIGHT DELIVERY. ITS NOW 15 AUGUST 2025 AND STILL WAITING. DONT REPLY TO EMAILS AND DONT ANSWER THE PHONE

Absolutely worse service of an car part supplier takes 2 weeks to get tiny parcel from jhb to durb no response from any call help center of theirs if u can get hold of them .delivered to wrong address. When I'm able to finally get part gaskets damaged . Do not use these guys

These guys are scammers. I purchased control arm bushes on Saturday, July 26, 2025, and paid for overnight delivery. On the following Monday, I received an email acknowledging receipt of the order (order: AMKOWJIEY). Since then, I have never heard anything from them, and I tried calling them multiple times, but the phone would just ring with no answer. I even sent them an email to their customer service, and still no response. I had to go and buy the parts somewhere.
