Don't ever buy from these thieves they are just scammers these people should be in jail

Poor service do not waste your time with them will not get your parts.
They don't even deserve a 1 star .
Only way to improve is to fire all staff and get new ones

I placed an online order for car parts totaling around R9,000 and made full payment. I received an order confirmation but never got any shipment details. After over a week of trying to reach them, they finally responded — only to say they didn’t actually have the parts in stock, despite their website claiming otherwise. They said they’d try to source them and deliver later, but I immediately asked to cancel the order. I couldn't afford to have my vehicle out of action indefinitely.

Since then, I’ve been following up constantly, but they either ignore my messages or hang up the phone. It’s now been two months, and I still haven’t received a refund. At this point, it feels like they have no intention of refunding me — or ever had the parts to begin with. This company is nothing short of dishonest and completely unreliable.

I have order on 26June on their website it's been more than a month and there has been no update my money is gone and it's a waste of time trying to contact them because you won't get any response, This is a complete scam.

Guys this company closed offices at 1 bond st, I am here as I write this, they just vanished with my money. I bought an alternator for R3000 on 16 July so I decided to come to the office and there is nothing, I fact there is a hardware now

Ordered my parts on the 10th of June paid via visa card and also paid for overnight delivery,waiting till date 03July 2025.will never order anything on this rubbish again.

The site is scam. One places an order then they keep you waiting for months. When you call them, calls are dropped and they avoid you. Stay far away from these scammers

I placed an order on 1 June, paid via EFT for overnight delivery. To date, 22 June, nothing was delivered and after loads of calls to Online parts the response is always "It will be delivered tomorrow". No one at Onlineparts take ownership but leave the call centre agent with no more lies other than it will be delivered. I have made peace with loosing my payment to these Onlineparts con scheme.

Omg they heavy scammers took my friends money

same as everyone else i guess. take you money, no parts arrive. then someone deliverd parts which were wrong and looked 2nd hand. i sent them back with them. its been weeks. this is going to get ugly.

Avoid at all costs. I placed an order on 1 June, the invoice was issued on 6 June (supposed to be delivered within three days). The order still appears as processing on their site. They don't respond to messages sent via WhatsApp or email, and when you attempt to contact them, they simply leave you waiting for 15 minutes. I AM GOING TO REPORT THE TRANSACTION TO NEDBANK AS FRAUD, AS THIS IS WHAT IT APPEARS TO BE.

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE! Paid R5000 for a radiator on 16/08/2023, but they sent the wrong one. Returned it, but STILL WAITING FOR REFUND after countless calls, emails, and even involving collectors! Nadine's promises via WhatsApp mean NOTHING. Don't waste your money or sanity!

They're thieves, scammers. Dont even bother trying to get your money or parts. Log a tip to Carte Blanche. If enough of us log a tip there they Will investigate Clive and Sandra Naidoo.

Wish i read the reviews before i placed and paid for the "part". Now i have the same results, out of money, no part, no contact and no answer

Dismal service, paid over R1200 but after a month my order still shows "Processing in progress". None of my various attempts to contact them had any result. If you phone their land line they put you through to an extension that is never answered. How are these people not behind bars. There doesn't seem to be any justice against companies that operate like this.

Went to their offices for my refund after waiting for a month for my parts. I'm happy I was reimbursed

Yerre, ehh. I even owe payflex as we speak because of them.
They're destroying me into pieces. I've ordered & they don't answer phonecalls or reply emails.

My & Payflex money is gone. And the bad thing is that I still have to pay payflex for nothing & refund the customer their deposit.
