Yerre, ehh. I even owe payflex as we speak because of them.
They're destroying me into pieces. I've ordered & they don't answer phonecalls or reply emails.

My & Payflex money is gone. And the bad thing is that I still have to pay payflex for nothing & refund the customer their deposit.

No Feedback, No Delivery, Nothing

Followed up on their website and via mail with absolutely no feedback. It seems that was once a reputable company, has turned into a scam. Seems that i have to right off money lost.

Ordered a part for the second time first time was quick and perfect, but now the second part i have been waiting for 2 weeks now finally getting ahold of someone stating that banks has been Frozen since the 6th of april... Annoying part is they still let people order even though they cant do anything

I cannot get hold of them, no matter how many times I phone.
My order just remains in a "confirmed" state and nothing else happens.

Waiting from 31 March for parts ordered and paid. No feedback. It is still processing. Got hold of a online sales person who told me that they cannot buy my parts because their bank account have been frozen. Promised me to wait tiil monday 5th May 2025 and will have feedback. Nothing this is all a scam !!!!

Got hold of a African lady yesterday, Roben out for lunch, said she will be honest their bank account has been frozen since April 25. Can not confirm when they will release my part of delivery. Tried phone call after phone call and customer service no response.. Note they are stealing and I will open a case of thieve against them..

Please do not buy from them. I bought and paid my part on 26/3. No part no response. They do not answer the phone. Don't respond to e-mail or whatsup although it is customer services.

They take your money but do NOT deliver. You are always transferred to a non manned extension when you phone / or cut off

They are scammers, They take your money and do not send the parts. They do not take your calls and do not reply to whatsapp messages. Do not purchase from them. They should be charged for fraud and Theft. Been over a month and I cannot get a response nor a refund.

These people are very good at taking your money and sending incorrect parts!! Sent our very expensive R18000 part back and still waiting for our refund!! It's been 4 months. They don't come back to you, phones ring and ring, don't get through to credit department. Sent 100 emails and no reply! Carte Blanche needs to investigate these people. They are scammers!!

Say they have the parts, then when asked where they are, they don't respond. Phone calls get cut off, they then eventually ship out total incorrect parts.
Why have they not yet been reported to the police?

I ordered parts. never received it. Then they just do not communicate. They don't answer emails, WhatsApp and keep dropping my calls

These people are fraudsters.....they take your money and you never get and parts or service.......suggest opening a police case or taking them to moja love to expose their crime syndicate as its theft what they do best at.....common criminals

I have ordered and payed for a Mercedes benz starter on 28 March 2025. Have not recieved it, no response on questions ask on there wattsapp. To call them on landline and ather fone nrs has no ansher.

DO NOT TRUST! Exactly as said by other reviewers!!! It is a SCAM!!!!! We have ordered and paid! Never saw the spare parts!!!

on the web, ordered parts online and paid and they never delivered, no answering of phones or emails ,address doesn’t exist. They keep on changing addresses and still not responding.

It has been a month since I ordered and paid for my parts. Customer service is absolutely pathetic or shall I say, non existent. I phone so many times, no answer.
No feed back on the tracking link and no feedback on mail. This place is a MOERSE SCAM!!!!! Hope Clive Naidoo gets this message!!! The worst place to buy parts ever!!!!!!!!

Ek het in November 2024 klomp parte bestel. In desember 2024 kry ek my order ,maar met net die helfte van my parte in. Tot vandag teo kry ek geen hulp nie. Die fone word nie geantwoord nie. Geen kontak nie. Scamers ??
