They did not deliver the one part we paid for, they were supposed to refund me for a part they don't have in stock. They ignore and don't respond to your calls, messages or email.

No feedback of any kind after payment, no customer support can't get hold of anyone. Still waiting for over a month for my parts with updates.

We ordered a steering rack that was clearly reconditioned and the side shafts where not standard size. They could then not supply the correct tie rod ends. When we asked for a refund, they have cut off all communications and will not answer their phones.

Ordered and paid a water pump on 26 November 2025. Eventually a week later I sent my own courier, just to be told that they don't have stock, 3 December they notified me that as soon as they receive the stock they will dispatch it immediately. On 10 December I requested a refund as we got the water pump some place else. They said they will check with dispatch it is 23 December and still no feed back! Absolutely horrible

They have scammed me out of my money and everytime I request for a refund the simply refuse to comply

I have ordered rear brake pads for my 2019 Audi A3 8V and opted to collect them myself, the staff was friendly and helpful and although my particular part wasn't available for pickup at the time I've arrived: they quickly got it by their warehouse in about 10 - 15 mins and the part was in good condition and a good quality part.

Take your money SCAM

Online Car Parts will take your money for your order and not send parts.

I canceled an order in April and was promised a refund within 20 days. It's December now and haven't received my refund. They never pick up calls nor reply to text messages. This company is a scam.

26 to 28 th august i bought a simple part a cap that was it was R440 after 3 months no refund, phoning in, they are gosting me, do not come back nothing

3 weeks, still no parts have arrived. No response to messages.

The worst company ever. They don't deliver parts nor give you a refund. It's a lie after lie. I followed up my order until I am tired. Go to their place but nothing comes up. They are scammers. I have been waiting for the parts since 30 June 2025

You ask about a part, they send you a WhatsApp number and nobody gets back to you. A week later if they remember to read their WhatsApp do they send you a message. By that time you already found the part and completed the job. I personally think this is scammers. Today again I enquire and no reply!!!

Just bought car part there and after 30 days still not delivered i started to contacting them. It took another 2 months and still not delivered and my bank now is refusing chargeback as it was 90 days after payment. I have filled official complaints and still waiting but they are now refusing to deliver the part. This is totally fradulent a dont but there any of the goods

This is a warning to everybody not to use Online Car Parts their service is absolutely the worst, no answering of calls no feedback on 5 different Whats App numbers, currently waiting almost 2 weeks for my order to be finalized with no feedback. Went to their offices in Randburg, no one willing to help you they just sit at their desks staring at you as if you are not there.
I will never use them again and i will never refer them to anyone, stay far away form Online Car Parts!!!!!!!

if you would like a refund on your order you need to wait up to 21 - 25 working days, and wait there is more, your refund needs to be approved.

I've always done thorough research on companies before ordering online, but this time I desperately wanted to get my car fixed, and they got me. Ordered a part yesterday, no confirmation of payment no nothing. Decided to call one of the WhatsApp numbers and the lady sounded like she was in a hair salon, asked her about my order and she sounded hesitant and told me I'll get it on friday, and after reading these reviews, i just know i won't. If you are thinking of buying from them, just don't bother, it's all a scam.

I bought a electronic coil pack and it came in a ratty unbranded box. The part itself was of such poor quality that when installed in my car my car shuddered so badly my change could be heard rattling in the cash box. I tried to return the part but no one would take my calls to get a email address and ref # required to return items. no answers still to date. The part was faulty as I bought another part from a reputable dealer and it worked just fine. I'm disgusted to say the least.

This people are a bunch of crooks took my money no parts cant get hold of them think its time to make a case for fraud against them

Scam I bought parts for R5980 did payment but did not receive the parts they totally ignore you they read what's up message but do not reply phone numbers just have answer machine
