The installation went well and the engineer was polite and friendly. He explained the process and resolved a minor set up issue before leaving.
I would have given 5 stars but was disappointed that no-one from Openreach contacted me to inform me the engineer was delayed. (I booked a 8am - 1pm visit but the engineer didn't arrive until after 2pm.)

The engineer was really friendly and knowledgeable and completedver quickly. The outside installation had been completed running the fibre through the existing open reach ducting under the drive so no need to dig up.
