Very friendly engineer , but extremely efficient too !

The engineer was nothing short of fantastic. He worked really efficiently and left everything tidy and clean. He was very attentive and respectful, and explained everything he was doing. Highly recommend and thank you.

Martin was friendly and explained everything before doing the work and checked it was all working before he left l.

The engineer phoned before giving a time, on arrival he was very polite and informative all work was very clean and tidy.
When insulation was completed he gave me a rundown should we have any problems

Extremely pleasant engineer, personable and, more importantly, efficient and willing to explain, clearly, the processes involved.
His work was tidy and he tested the results, all went well and so far the wi fi seems really quick.

The engineer call set up everything or so he said but we have no landline for our lifeline as we are in our 90s and the internet doesn’t work the password isn’t acceptable on any device

Fantastic installation experience. Engineers arrived within stated timeframe. They were professional and courteous and discussed the possible installation options before we agreed upon a suitable location for the equipment. The standard of work was excellent ; they were respectful of their surroundings and took care with their work. They readily answered, to my satisfaction, all the questions I had.
