A service that worked, on time, as agreed, and on budget!
Ordered through the online portal, received prompt confirmation, was able to ask a question online, received prompt reply, shipment was uplifted and delivered as ordered/agreed. All in all a very easy, stress free service. Would highly recommend. Richard. Glasgow

Damaged Gooods - No Response From P4D
The courier damaged a door I paid for them to deliver. I paid for insurance. I have not been able to find a way to contact this firm directly and have had to raise a ticket on their website. I did this twice on 14 November and then on 20 November. I have not had any contact apart from an automatic email.

Delivery issue resolved quickly
Pallet delivery was unable to be completed due to paperwork issues - Ryan from P4D was very helpful with resolving the issue and arranging an alternative delivery date to our customer.

I wanted to highlight my experince with P4D. I have previously used similar companies but found these to be by far the best. Service from start to finsh was exceptional and the price was the best I have found. I am always busy traveling and P4D made my experience so much more hassle free. Highly recommend.

Well-priced and efficient service
Everything fine - decently-priced, turned up to collect when they were supposed to and delivered when they were supposed to. The only improvement I could suggest is informing me of a collection time slot, as all I knew was the day.

Great Experience
Team were great! Thank you Ryan for your assistance through out this process. Easy to talk too, helped with re-delivery when parcels went to the wrong location due to an error on our end and very affordable price for a large delivery.

Good pick up
Good pick up, the driver did try the day before we had ordered, potentially due to trying to get ahead of the week's work but we were not in. It didn't cause a problem for us but was a bit of a waste for the driver!

Great service!
I booked a pallet delivery with these guys last week which needed to go from South West England to North Scotland as fast as possible. This was a very important shipment for me and I was pretty stressed about it as both the collection and delivery addresses are awkward to get to and need some coordination.
I am very pleased at how easy it was to get in touch with Ryan/Steve and how helpful they were ensuring this got there safely.
