Pallet Collection
Booked a pallet collection with P4D, was very competitive on price, collected the next day which was a Friday, and then it was delivered on the Monday. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

FANTASTIC ALL ROUND
Fantastic customer service, I was messed around by the collection company my pallet was coming from and on the day of collection they said it was two pallets not one. After contacting P4D they added another pallet on immediately and took care of everything. The collection company then informed me it was one pallet again so I contacted P4D again and again they were FANTASTIC and refunded me the extra pallet I didn't need! I have used them around 5 times now and they are excellent. Highly recommend.

Efficient and easy booking
Efficient and easy booking of the pallet.
The driver was friendly and came at an early time in the day.
Delivery was on time and no issue was raised at all.
Would recommend.

They always pick up and delivery when they say. Never had any issues to date and I have used them multiple times.

Appalling service and crooks!
EDITED TO RESPOND TO P4D's reply.
If I could leave less than one star I would.
Appalling website booking form, and quote which does not mentiont he price quoted is for Business2Business. They emailed to say that I then had to pay a surcharge for a delivery to a private address. Once that was done (under duress) I was then told I had to sign a document to say I "was happy" before I collected they collected the pallet!
In no way was I happy, so I refused to sign. I was then told if I don't sign, they wouldn't take my delivery.
Talk about black mailing the customers!
Now making a complaint to get some money back. Reading the poor reviews, I guess it will be court action to get that sorted!

P4D's reply is very disengenuous.
The wording of their email was to say I was happy with the service not the document. No doubt so they could use this as "ammo" later when I made a complaint.
The refund is still not through. They were paid immediately but refunded by PayPal's "echeque" which takes fourteen days to clear. Hardly refunded the same day.

You initially selected a business-to-business service and because you are not a business we had to re-quote and rebook your shipment on a different service.
We appreciate the feedback that this could be better signposted on our website and we have passed this onto our IT team to look into.
The document you were requested to sign was a customs declaration required in order to ship your goods which was refused so we couldn’t ship it.
Due to these circumstances, we can confirm that your refund was actioned that day, as per your request.

My pallet couldn't actually be collected on the first attempt as our driveway was too steep, but the driver was really helpful & rang the office team to organise alternative equipment a few days later.

Great Customer Service
The Tracking needs to be a little better, but I cannot fault the collection and delivery process. Also the customer services were very helpful.

Can only describe them as crooks
Can only describe them as crooks. Their haulier dropped my pallet. Rewrapped it in a different wrap. Delivered it without informing anyone and when my recipient registered the damage..p4d denied it claiming nothing had been reported by the haulier. I have now written to them 6 times with photographic evidence that the delivered pallet was massively different from the one picked up but they are refusing to reply. So that makes them fraudsters also. They owe me around £2500 for damage that was insured and they won't answer me at all. Next stop lawyers and all the expense that entails. It's basically criminal activity and they are breaking so many contract laws by not fulfilling their obligations

Delivery as promised, a very helpful and obliging driver helped move a heavy pallet to a suitable place. Goods were in perfect condition exactly as when despatched

P4D is super unreliable!!
I can’t not recommend to use P4D to deliver your parcel safely! I'm very disappointed and unsatisfied with their service. Two out of three parcels were delivered to me from London to Copenhagen. The last parcel never showed up! I bought an insurance with P4D to cover if something like this should happen. I have been in contact with three different agents at P4D (Adin, Ryan and Mark) many many times. My parcel was sent in early January 2022…and they have kept postponing or simpel ignoring me for about one year now! I know I will never see either my lost parcel or get money back from my insurance but at least I can warn other people not to use them!!
