I have bought a corner sofa from Pan home 5 months back, and ever since i bought it i have to send it for service since the sofa cushions are uneven , and every single time they take for repairing they bring it in a worst condition than before , last time when they brought it back , the seat cushion fabric has bobbles on it , i got busy with my daughters wedding since whenever they take it they keep it for good 5 to 6 days and we were having guests coming over, yesterday i visited their showroom zahia from where i bought it , i met mohsin and ashraf they were very helpful and assured the issue will be resolved for good , today i received a message from their team and they seem least bothered despite mentioning my frustration and the trouble i have been facing due to incompetency of their product and team, i have complete right to request a replacement or a refund as per uae law, since they have damaged the fabric also during their so called repair

Extremely disappointed with PAN Home Al Barsha. Delivery commitments were repeatedly missed, and no one seemed interested in resolving the issue. I had to personally visit the store to cancel my order and request a refund after wasting considerable time. The after-sales service is poor, communication is lacking, and the logistics management is highly unprofessional. Customers deserve better treatment once payment has been made. Pan Home repeatedly failed to deliver my furniture as agreed, despite multiple assurances and knowing my building had strict delivery hours.

I took two unpaid days off work, spent hours chasing updates, received contradictory information from customer service, and ended up sleeping on the floor for two nights because my bed wasn't delivered.

After escalating to Dubai DET, Pan Home offered compensation and a discount, but months later neither has been honoured.

Poor communication, broken promises, and no accountability. I won't be purchasing from Pan Home again.

PAN Home offers attractive designs, competitive prices, and a great range of products. I was genuinely planning to make my whole apartment purchase there.

Unfortunately, after two disappointing interactions with the call center, I changed my mind. The lack of professionalism and courtesy over the phone was enough to make me take my business elsewhere.

Ironically, the in-store staff were excellent polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. The quality of the customer service over the phone simply did not reflect the quality of the brand.

I ordered a TV table online from PAN Emirates that was expected to arrive within 8 days. On the 8th day, the item arrived damaged and was immediately taken back. The team then called to schedule another delivery and confirmed it would be delivered the next day. However, on the following day, they decided to reschedule again without agreement and expected me to adjust to their timing. Every time I contacted customer care, I was told that a complaint had been escalated to the complaints manager and that I would receive a callback, but nobody contacted me. I have now been informed that delivery cannot happen today because it is already after 6 PM and no staff are available.

Very disappointed with this purchase. The chair is extremely small — more like a baby chair — and the quality is very poor. The cushion and fabric are useless and uncomfortable.
The person sent for assembly did not assemble it properly. I asked them to take it back the same day, but now the company is refusing to accept the return despite promising a pickup.
Very unprofessional service and misleading product. Not recommended.

Do not buy anything glass here. There is no warranty if it cracks. We bought a tv stand made of glass a year ago and it just cracked this week on its own. The glass turned out to be defective and pan homes refused to take responsibility.

The manager of the shop in Muscat express way was very unreasonable. Very poor attitude and not understanding the customer. Even though he accepted my concerns as a customer he refused to act and do something about the issue. Very poor manager in the furniture area!

Had a very bad experience with pan home.we ordered a bed to replace an old bed because my pregnant sister was not comfortable with the previous one which was from pan home as well.our apartment is one bedroom apt.We are a regular customers of pan home. The new bed we ordered they came on time but was missing two parts and they had to leave the installation half way. The people who came to install they raised a complaint to the customer service and we called them as well way before their closing time, and told them our situation of having a pregnant women and need this issue resolved as soon as possible. This is not our problem that piece was missing we ordered. We called customer care to get an update the response was very unsatisfactory, as well as not helpful. Their response was like they can’t do anything . At the moment she has no place to sleep as she is not able to sleep on the floor. They have to check every order if the pieces are there or not. Please be careful when you order from pan homes as they don’t care about their customers. Customer id :456492

Worst Furniture shop in the entirety of UAE. Dont buy with these scammers, waited 1 week for delivery yet a simple time shift cant be done.

Bought a product online, a console to be precise, which did not even require an assembly. Product was delivered, however didn’t not fit the description on the photos online. When requested for a return and to actually buy another product, on a higher price, they declined my request saying that online purchased products can’t be returned or refunded. What’s the purpose of having online store, when you can’t return a product? Very poor quality of customer service and unreasonable policies.
Think twice before you purchase without physically checking first.

These Corina Dining Chair – Beige & Black chairs from Pan Home are absolutely terrible. We originally bought eight, and two of them have already broken. The first one broke after just two weeks of use by a child – one of the legs snapped off. The second chair broke after about two months in exactly the same place.

This looks like a clear manufacturing defect. We now have six chairs left, and I honestly don’t trust their quality at all. The metal where it snapped seems very weak, as if it’s not designed to handle normal everyday use.

Customer support has been even worse: they simply never replied to my complaint. No help, no explanation, no responsibility.

I do not recommend these Corina Dining Chair – Beige & Black chairs at all.

Worst customer service and delivery

Never buy anything from them ever! The bed they delivered and installed got broke 2 hours after the guy left and its been 7 days I can’t get someone to come and fix it!!!!! Everyday the same cycle 30 min on the phone to get to a representative they say someone will call within the day to come for a fix no one comes, call again they’ll say the same thing for the next day again no one comes or calls! Its like they are scamming people and the customer care team does not exist at all!!! I believe they dont have anyone they just have someone answering phones and saying yeah yeah someone will come. How can a bed break in 2 hours???!!!?!

The staff in the store in umm suqueem street store are very helpful especially jenny in cushions section went over and above for great customer service .

The prices are very good cheaper than dragon mart this store is my go to furnsture store in Dubai .
