DO NOT BUY ANYTHING! They are a total scam! The products never arrive and they don't give refunds! They are an absolute SCAM!!!! Don't buy anything! This business doesn't exist; they're the kind who take your money with products that will never arrive! They are a trap!
I'm waiting for my refund, which I had to call and request because I wasn't even receiving emails. They constantly sent me contradictory messages: order canceled/delivery on its way! ABSOLUTE SCAM, I'm going to report them to Dubai Consumer Protection.

I placed an order on 15th Oct and paid an extra 200 AED for express delivery to ensure my furniture would arrive before a Diwali get-together at my home. Pan Home confirmed a Friday delivery.

The items never came. When I called, I was told the delivery was rescheduled for a week later because "someone called and couldn't get through." There was no follow-up SMS or email. They took my money for a premium service but failed completely.

As a regular customer, I expected better. The store manager in Al Barsha was unhelpful and offered no solution, only immediately agreeing to cancel my order. The lack of care is astounding.

They failed to deliver a paid service and ruined our festival plans.

The Level of tardiness and disrespect from all teams are beyond describing
first they delivered damaged product , then they keep giving false dates , they send the team to install at prayer time and their customer service team is clueless and can do nothing helpful and the management team are either on break , didn't come to work or they left early or they only available after prayer time. by far the worst purchase experience I have ever had it took them 2 weeks to deliver and install one TV unit

I ordered several items from Pan Home and while the product quality was great, the overall experience has been extremely disappointing.

One item arrived broken. I also wanted to return other products, but despite having paid for home delivery, they asked me to travel all the way to a service center far from where I live, just to return them. That’s unacceptable, especially when one of the items was already damaged on arrival.

The worst part is the customer service. I emailed them and had to wait days for a reply. And every time I replied back, the wait would start all over again. Honestly, this is one of the most frustrating return processes I’ve ever experienced in the UAE.

It’s a shame, because the concept and the products are good. But the app, communication, and return policy seem designed to make things complicated for the customer.

I would only recommend Pan Home if you’re 100% sure you won’t need to return anything. Otherwise, it’s not worth the headache.

I've been refunded, when i went to the store

Absolutely terrible experience with PAN Home. I purchased what was advertised as a marble coffee table — it turned out to be cheap, fake material that started staining within days. They sent an unqualified technician who, without asking, sanded the surface with diamond paper, scratched it even more, and then just left it unfinished and ruined. Since then, holes have formed in the table surface, proving it's NOT real marble. It’s a scam.

We contacted PAN Home countless times and were ignored over and over again. We were promised callbacks that never came, and we were even given a complaint number (398296) with a 24-hour follow-up promise — no one ever called.

Their behavior is disgusting — zero responsibility, zero professionalism, and they are now ghosting us completely. They sell fake materials and lie to customers, then refuse to fix their own mess. Shameful company. I’ve filed an official complaint with the Qatar Ministry of Commerce and Industry for misrepresentation and violation of consumer rights.

Avoid PAN Home at all costs. You’ll be left angry, cheated, and with a broken product they’ll never come back to fix.

Avoid buying to them.
I have ordered a toddler bed online, the box which arrived was obviously already opened and has been repurposed…and the screws were missing. Impossible to mount this bed, they promised to contact us to fix the issue, nothing so what we have so far is pieces of woods everywhere in my child bedroom and a lying customer service. Nightmare, don’t buy from them.

Terrible Experience with Pan Home – Avoid at All Costs

I ordered a small sofa from Pan Home on May 23rd, with a promised delivery date of May 31st. What followed was nothing short of a nightmare.

The delivery driver, Shizad Ahmed, called once and immediately left without even trying to contact me via WhatsApp—despite my location being clearly pinned in the app. It felt like an excuse because I live in Mussafah, and many drivers don’t like coming here. Instead of doing his job, he lied and claimed he called to ask for my location. If he truly needed it, he would have contacted me properly.

He promised to deliver it the same day—lie number one. Then said it would arrive Monday—lie number two. Then Tuesday—lie number three. I contacted customer service and filed a complaint. They told me someone would call me back within two hours. That never happened. Instead, I received a message saying the delivery was delayed until June 10th!

I called again and was told “we’ll contact you” (again, nothing). Meanwhile, I ordered from Home Centre just last week, and they delivered within two working days—no hassle, no lies.
