Papaya Plants Avis

I find the quality of the plants disappointing... the last two orders my plants have arrived with mechanical damage, meaning they have not been handled with care. I won't be shopping with this company again.

The website was very clear on the plants description and caring for them. It also recommended plant pots for them and would if you clicked on a specific plant pot would give the relevant pot size for the plant you are buying. Delivery was really quick and the packaging was really good (no soil everywhere) I would definitely recommend them and will be buying from them again.

Customer service from Papaya has been amazing, I was so impressed and appreciative of how they handled my many queries. Super fast shipping and great plants too. I'll definitely be a repeat customer.

I received my epiphyllum oxypetalum and pumilium plants in hanging pots. The plants were packed very securely with not a leaf out of place or soil. The plants are big and in good health. Very delighted with my purchase.

Very good service I received plants so fast they’re very well packed but I’m so worried what is going to happen because all the plans were overwatering some have bad spots for some I need to cut leaves I'm waiting

Beautiful plant. It was packed well and arrived just with one small crease on one of the leaves. Would definitely recommend.

Great selection of plants and lovely quality 😁

The plant was exactly as seen online, and delivered in excellent condition

Second purchase from Papaya plants. This is one of the few online plant shops that go the extra mile. Both plants in this order were bigger than expected really healthy and well rooted. Plants were really carefully packed just as well as I saw the courier that delivered drop the box twice but due to the careful packing not one leaf was broken or damaged. Highly recommend this shop.

Nice plants well packed and efficient delivery

Very well packed, healthy plants. Beware, lots of packing peanuts in box - they go everywhere! However, really pleased and will use again!

Lovely plant, well packaged (all recyclable), quick delivery. Only issue is that my plant had fungus gnats when it arrived but they are merely an annoyance and not harmful to the plant. The team helped me with this on Instagram, with great customer service :))

Bought a satin pothos, beautiful plant and healthy roots, however there were what I believe were soil mites (or another pest) in the potting mix so I had to strip it off its original soil, just be careful and make sure you check every inch of the plant + isolate. Could've led to an infestation in the rest of my plants

Plants always healthy well packed, customer service is just excellent, my fav plant shop 😀

My Dragon scale was a great price and packed wonderfully. It was much better than expected and is already pushing out a new leaf. Perfect!

Excellent online plant shop, fast delivery without any damages (DPD). Beautiful and healthy plant received. Thank you Papaya Plants!

I ordered from here few times now and every time the plants came perfectly. The packaging is excellent. Highly recommend
