Received 5 pots and 2 plants. 3 of the pots were badly marked. I was told they were heavily discounted due to marks but this hadn’t been stated on the website so they refunded me. I also found one of the plants had a rotten stem. I sent a further email when the rot spread and asked for a refund but haven’t had a reply (sent 4 days ago). I cannot recommend.

They did reply after I posted this review and have refunded me for the rotten plant. This is appreciated and I’ve increased my review to 3 stars.

Ordered 2 small and a medium plant, only received 2. The small string of pearls was in pieces, by that I mean roots are deattached from the soil, very disappointing.

I always wanted a philodendron painted lady and now I got it in a very competitive price. I’m really surprised how beautiful and big it is. I’m a very satisfied and happy customer.

I had such a wonderful customer service experience with Papaya plants. Unfortunately there was a small issue when my plant arrived, the way this was handled was above and beyond expectations! Andreia was who I spoke to was professional and very friendly. I will definitely be using this website again. Not to mention my plant is beautiful and has a great root system! :)

Thank you so much for the lovely two plants are received. I was very impressed by the plants and packaging. I already bought plants online on other websites and I was very hesitant to buy some online again as the plants from the other websites always arrived messy. But it was not the case with my Papaya order. Next time I buy plant I will choose Papaya plant website again and recommend it. Thank you very much!

This was my 2nd order from papaya plants my first order was a 10/10 great plant at a great price no damage, this order had 2 plants the philodendron turtom had two leaves snapped off and a few bent but it was a good price and not easy to pack I would a magin
I did send photos and email like I was asked but had no response 😕 but saying that I like this site very informative and realy love my first plant 😀 I will get plants from them again, did get back to me and couldn't be more helpful, very rare with online shopping these days thanks papaya plants

I would have given five stars as the plant arrived promptly, looking fairly happy and in recyclable packaging. However, I emailed a follow-up question and received no reply. I don't think that's very good at all.
