Papaya Plants Avis

I am so glad that I found Papaya Plants! Not only did I find a plant that I really love, also a company with exceptional standards and quality plants.
The website was very easy to use and the Monstera Pinnatipartita was reasonably priced. The care section prepared me well for how to look after my new arrival. The plant arrived promptly and the packaging was 100% recyclable, which I loved. Also a bonus, only a few crumbs of soil fell out when unpacking it.
The plant itself was very healthy, lush and is thriving. It brings me great satisfaction.
I will certainly be ordering from this company again: their exceptional service and products, website and standards are a breath of fresh air in the growing market of online plant shopping.

I received my first order from Papaya recently and I am beyond pleased with what I've been sent. Everything was so carefully and sympathetically wrapped (in brown paper and string, it was like receiving a package from the 1950s!) and the plants arrived in a beautifully healthy and full condition ... delighted!

First order arrived today and I'm ecstatic, this is the start of a long friendship!

I was very dubious ordering plants online, especially from a company I’ve not heard of since so many people I know have ended up with duds. But after searching for a very specific plant for a while now and having no luck, I reluctantly ordered online. The delivery was very quick and my plant was packaged so carefully (and plastic free!!) and arrived undamaged. The foliage is so healthy looking, and is much denser and bigger than I expected. I will definitely be ordering from papaya plants again!! Over the moon with my Aglaonema!!!

Very pleased with my order. It arrived quickly, safely packaged, & full of environmentally friendly packaging that was easy to dissolve & recycle. The plants I ordered were just as lovely as the photos shown on the website, they were labelled as well, so it was easier for a beginner plant lover like myself! I’d highly recommend this company for all your planting & potting needs (I ordered their pots too, & love them). Thanks!

Fantastic! I’m from South Africa, what a wonderful business, congratulations.

So in love with my plants 🪴 which arrived in perfect condition

One of the leaves of the monstera I bought is broken. Left an email but never got a reply back

First time ordering from Papaya. Order came quickly. Email comms were good.
What impressed me most was the packing. Not a scrap of plastic in sight. Plant pot was wrapped in brown paper and tied with hessian twine. Inside the box the plant was protected by those starch filler beans.
My plant - an aspidistra - was in great condition. A week later it is sitting happily with no signs of stress of disease.
I will be back to order from them again.

This item was a gift in which the recipient was over the moon. Thank you

Items ordered are lovely. But I emailed company on 29 June as 2 of pots are damaged and no response as yet.
Andreia from Papaya Plants did sort the issues and was very helpful, therefore I am updating my rating to 5 stars.

Easy from start to finish. Informative website with information on plant sizes and delivery. Plants were dispatched next day and delivered the following day, well packed to protect them in transit. Delightful additions to my collection. Highly recommended!

Fantastic, healthy, glossy, gorgeous plants!! Thank you so much 🪴

Plant arrived in perfect condition. Delivery service was excellent.

Firstly price was really good compared to many other plant stores. Super quick next day delivery and plant was carefully wrapped, with plastic free packaging. Win win! I even received a surprise birthday cutting gift. Thanks Papaya.
