Arash and his team did a superb restoration on a Senneh Kelim that had been badly chewed by a mischevious Collie. You cannot tell where the repair is. Real skill!

I had my old Khamseh rug cleaned and the colours came up beautifully. It is clear that Arash is immensely knowledgeable about rugs and their history, and where they originate from. I am very happy with his services and would recommend Pars Rug Gallery.

Requested a quote from Pars for rug cleaning, which I received (although addressed to the wrong person). Followed up a couple times with some questions to confirm the service, but no response. Disappointing.

The restoration of my rug resulted in an 'as new' appearance and was a perfect job. It took a long while but was worth the wait. Contacts with Pars were always most courteous and professional.

I bought 2 cushions online from Pars Rugs . They took the cost from my account immediately . Then told me that they were out of stock and they would refund me the full cost . Nearly six weeks later and many calls and emails I have not received my refund . Whatever is going on it is not a company that I would want to do business with ever again .

Our Kashan carpet is looking very good after it's clean and the new fringe makes all the difference. Pars service was always helpful and informative. I would certainly recommend them.

A much used, and abused, Chinese wool rug has been beautifully cleaned. We were advised also to have the colours restored (not sure what that process is but it worked) and the fringes replaced.

My carpet has been beautifully cleaned and repaired and looks like new. The missing star is because I lost contact for a while, but in the end I needn't have worried (but I did).

From start to finish it was very easy to work with the company. I have a large 12ftx 9ft rug that needed a very deep clean and moth treatment. It was recommended to also have some mending done which I hadn't thought of and WOW! What an amazing repair job!!!! Incredible!!!! Found Pars Rugs Gallery on eBay as we were looking for a new rug for our recently restored hallway floor. We travelled to Southampton from London to meet Arash at his showroom , they have such an incredible range of beautiful rugs. Arash was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and offered a 1st class service. It could so easily have been a wasted journey but we are really pleased we made the effort - I will definitely buy from the company again and when needed use their rug cleaning service.
