Pars Rug Gallery Avis

Company was very helpful and my 30 year old rugs look like new!

The company is very honest and easy to communicate with and do an excellent job 👏
They are very helpful and make sure of what you want done without pressurising you to have more work carried out
I would thoroughly recommend them as what they say is what they carry out
A first class experience and what they say is what you get 💯 👌

Excellent service. They gave us our Ziegler runner carpet on approval, while we made up our minds. It completes our hall perfectly. Also offered a free underlay. Very charming discussion with Anouar upon delivery.

Arash and the team valued, cleaned and restored five much loved rugs for us. The damage over the years was extensive, but the quality of the restoration was superb and well beyond our expectations - such incredible craftsmanship, loving attention to detail and respect for authenticity. Arash is very knowledgeable and passionate about rugs and gave us some great insight into where our rugs were made and when. Many thanks and we will enjoy our beautiful rugs for many years to come (and look after them a bit better than before!). The process took many months, but given the work needed and the journey the rugs have been on to find the right craftsmen and women to get the renovations right, it was understandable and worth the wait.

My rugs were returned to me in a condition which surpassed my expectations. They had been part of my life for 55years and were very precious to me. The colours were restored to their former vibrancy, but we’re still authentically faded. The repairs were impossible to detect, so the rugs regained their original shape. I am so grateful for the advice I was given throughout this process and would certainly use the service again. I can now leave theses rugs to my daughters knowing that they are good for years to come.

I had thought my much loved Nepalese rug was beyond repair but couldn’t bear to throw it out. It is of great sentimental value as my husband brought it back from a trip to Nepal early in our marriage.
I was delighted with the way Pars Rug Gallery restored to more or less its original condition. I never thought it would be possible. An excellent service.

Lovely work cleaning and restoring my antique rug.

I found Pars on an internet search and was impressed by previous favourable reviews. I can now say that my experience with Pars is that they are knowledgeable and efficient. I have various rugs that need repair, cleaning and valuation and their service has been prompt and courteous. I would recommend them to my contacts.

Absolutely five star service. Badly damaged rug inherited from my mother. I was devastated to find a tear and moth damage. Arash communicated well and sent a video of the damage and talked me through what could be done to repair it. It took a little while, but the outcome was well worth the wait. After another video to show the finished result the rug was returned to me in perfect condition. Beautiful invisible repair and spotlessly clean rug. I could not be more delighted. Thank you to everyone involved.

Arash is very knowledgeable and helpful
He helped me to understand more about the rugs I own
Cleaning and restoration is such a high standard
I would not hesitate to recommend Pars Gallery to anyone needing advice

Arash was brilliant. My rug came back looking brand new and considering my children had been ‘living’ on its since they were both babies and they are now mid twenties I was amazed at just how good it now looks. Highly recommended…

My very 'lived in' Afghan rug came back looking pretty much better than new. Great experience from Pars and I will certainly use them again.
They're a busy company and, seeing the quality of their work I am not at all surprised.

We have used Pars Gallery over a number of years for the cleaning and repairing of a variety of handwoven, oriental rugs and have found the service given to be consistently good. Arash is both knowledgeable and helpful.

My initial contact with Pars Rugs was helpful and efficient in getting a quote sent to me by email for the cleaning of my rug and on accepting the quote it was collected by DHL within a few days.
The company sent me before and after photos of the cleaning which were very helpful and reassuring. Arash advised a repair was needed and his team worked quickly to get the work completed before we moved house.
I cannot thank Arash and his skilled workforce enough for returning my rug to me in nearly new condition.
A great experience and great customer service from start to finish.
Well done Pars Rugs.

My rug was severally damaged by water but Pars have restored it so that it is better than before.

I am delighted to have found Pars Rug Gallery. They have a super range of antique and vintage rugs to chose from.

From my initial phone call to dropping down to see the rug, I found the team to be very responsive, flexible, helpful and knowledgeable.

I will definitely be back to buy more as I work my way through each room. A great find!

After a lot of research, we sent our antique Caucasian Kazak to be cleaned and repaired by Pars Rug Gallery and we couldn’t be more pleased with the result! We were a bit hesitant about the restoration work needed in case we lost the character of the rug, but we're delighted with the outcome. The wonderful workmanship of the Pars team has retained every bit of the rug’s antique charm, while ensuring that it will last for another few generations – worth every penny! We also really appreciated the customer service we received, which even included photographic updates throughout the restoration. We would thoroughly recommend Pars for antique rug cleaning or restoration work. Thanks again Arash and team!

Dropped in my Na’een rug for a clean. Told it would take 3 weeks. After 5 weeks no sign. Didn’t reply to emails or answer phone messages. Repeated visits to Romsey Branch elicited ‘coming soon’. Owner promised to take personal charge and ring me with an update. He didn’t. After nine weeks I had to threaten legal action to get my rug back. Begrudgingly they returned it .. not even cleaned. Utterly hopeless and thoroughly unprofessional. I would never entrust this company with work again.

Superb, helpful and friendly customer service. Wonderful pieces. I highly recommend Pars Rug Gallery to anyone who loves vintage rugs and carpets.

Arash and his team have done a great job cleaning and repairing our rug which had been chewed by our Labrador puppy…. Not cheap but worth it as it looks beautiful now and fully restored. Now to keep the dog away..
