Parts Gateway Avis

Just what I needed. Thanks for your help

What a great buying experience this spares company supplied me an almost new part in fantastic condition and packaged extremely well.delivery was very quick overall I was very happy with this transaction 👌🏻

No part after a week, paid on the 15th September.
Needed mirror urgently.
They have until Tuesday to answer after that I will need a refund. Absolutely useless.

please don't buy parts from them, they are thief, rubbish they take your money and never send your patrs.

Fantastic communication throughout my purchase. Never had to buy a car part like this but they made it really easy. Very quick delivery turnaround. Courier wouldn't let my daughter inspect the door like I was instructed. She never even had to sign. Door fits perfect

Correct part, in reasonable condition, well packed, quick delivery.

Ordered and paid for part. Part incorrect and returned for full refund. Never received refund. Poor communication and constantly fobbed off. Do not use!

I've only just started using parts gateway and 3 times within the last 3 weeks I have received quality used parts to help me try to get my late wifes Saab 9-3 convertible back on the road after being off the road for the last few years
Well done Parts Gateway, excellent service 👍

The replacement wing mirror for a Honda Jazz was easily identified on Silverlakes website. It was offered at a very attractive price and delivered, well packaged, on time. No complaints whatsoever!

Excellent service. Parts as described. Fast delivery. Definitely use again.

Good experience, helped get the part we need at a very good price, delivered quickly. Would use again.

First time using the website and pleasantly surprised. For a non industry person I was able to locate the part needed quickly and had it within a few days. Arrived well packaged, great condition and quickly. Thank you.

Who knew buying a used steering rack could be as exciting as a Formula One pit stop? These legends were able to locate, package, and launch my steering rack faster than I could say "sacré bleu!"
Their chat game was so upbeat, I half expected them to include a baguette with my order. The packaging was tighter than a French mime's invisible box, and the next-day delivery was so quick, I believe they have a secret network of beret-wearing couriers on motorcycles weaving through traffic.
My vehicle went from "where am I going?" to "bonjour, smooth steering!" in record time. Thank you, French Car Breakers - You've elevated car part shopping to an art form!

Parts gateway are just as corrupt as the scrap yard using their services to rob customers when they purchase parts through them, they have even taken away the reviews button on their page so you can’t comment on how you have been robbed by the scrapyard in question!!

Purchased a gearbox for £400 from Rochdale commercials LTD, OL11 4JB.

When I collected the gearbox the parts number had clearly just been carved away before I arrived as he knew the part number did not match and did not want me to know this! Not only this it arrived with a drive shaft sticking out of it, and then the garage who are doing the gearbox swap have said that the drive shaft is stuck inside the gearbox and needs to be returned as it will not come out!!

Then we are told by Rochdale commercials that we cannot have a refund and only swap it for another dodgy item they might have even tho the advertisement said we had 90 days warrenty this means absolutely nothing once you have given them your cash!!

Stay away from parts gateway and especially stay away from ROCHDALE COMMERCIALS LTD in Rochdale on some dirty back street the full address is :

IND ESTATE, Sparth Bottoms Rd, Rochdale OL11 4HJ also OL11 4JB

• Good sellers • Item exactly as described • Easy ordering, prompt delivery & value for money • No problems at all • Recommended – thank you!

Car window arrived well packed and in great condition fitted with no problems

What a great system. Managed to find a part for my neighbours car that we'd been searching for, for ages. Easy to use, can even add a picture of the item required. Will definitely be using again. Thank you.

Great service, right part, reasonable price, good delivery time.

Listed on parts gateway for a engine was contacted by vaux spares Ltd, took them 3 weeks to send me a nackered knocking engine advertised as 80k miles had to buy another engine pay for fitting twice and am now having takeing them to court to get my money back, have involved trading standards

Right part, good value, quick delivery and a knowledgeable team who knew what I needed for my particular model.
Many thanks.
