Parts Gatesway is superb - needed a used part for my van so I submitted a parts request. Within 30 minutes I had several quotes all via thier WhatsApp option. 2 days later I had the part delivered. Brilliant system which I will use again !

Scammers - sent us half of the engine after confirming on the phone that it will be complete. After rushing to take the payment they emailed us saying that the engine will not be fully furnished. We called to confirm and they assured it will be a complete engine and it is only an automated email and nothing to worry about. They then sent us an engine with missing parts. We sent the engine back and were assured we will receive a refund but they have not given us the money back. Police is being informed today and legal action will be taken.

Ordered a part at midday on Wednesday last week and at 10.30am delivery man was on doorstep with a well packaged part which I had fitted later same day. Correct part, rear upper LED strip stop light, sent and worked, no problems. Great service, will use again,

I AM SOO DESPERATE ...My car registration is from Portugal and not from the UK. The website does not recognise it. I am trying to find a Flywheel 12331AP011 for my Nissan Micra 2001 Auto K11. Great service thanks, used the site on a Monday morning, had part delivered Wednesday, faultless.

Signed up for initial £3 then noticed after three days they take £24.99 every fourteen days unless you cancel. Cancelling is almost impossible the form on line does not work, the email address online is not found. You can’t call them and a search on line to find their number gave unobtainable. It’s almost as if they don’t want you to cancel their approx £50 a month £600 a year cash cow

Was kept informed of Parts journey from the minute I ordered. The part was for my 18year old car that I love I thought it might be difficult to find part. Had to break a quarter window to get into car as the wind blew car door shut and my bag was in it with car keys, phone, house keys..everything. Got home and went online to look for part. Used Parts Gateway. Immediately part was found and on it’s way Arrived earlier than expected thought it would take a few days but no. The part was extremely good quality and arrived very well packed.
