Utterly, unethical. Conister Bank and Payment assist you should be ashamed.

I did not know about Payment Assist until my Dentist mentioned it. I needed some very expensive dental work doing and was worried how I was going to pay for it. I was sent a link and then followed the step by step process to set up. I was very pleased how easy it was and was given an answer in minutes. I liked the fact you could choose how many months to pay over and was given an affordable amount to pay back each month. This made it a lot easier for me. I have just completed my last payment and I will definitely use Payment Assist again if I need to.

Great service payment so easy to use trustworthy site

I set up a 4 month agreement to pay off a bill. This has set up a direct debit for 4 months which was supposed to be December to March. It appears that they “forgot” and had a “glitch” and didn’t take payment from March or April and now have been lumbered with this £300 payment in the middle of May. To which, I had no email sent to me ( they said they did) and had a 1 day prior message which was on a Sunday - leaving me unable to contact them or discuss this. I agreed to a 4 month bill not a 3 month and then suddenly a random payment 2 months later. Nothing has been done to reassure me or resolve this at all?

Would not recommend this way of payment.

Excellent customer service, listened thoroughly and were very understanding and accommodating. Went out of her way to assist me. I can't remember her name, however the CSA I spoke to, is a credit to the company. Big plus being able to speak to a human being too!

Absolutely useless customer service careline. Not sure operates the email responses but I often had to repeat myself and spent a huge amount of time doing so.

Concept is okay, but I rate Klarna far better than Payment assist.

The first thing that I would say about payment-assist is that it is quite easy to get hold of them. They respond quickly to emails and there always seems to be someone at the end of the phone. I spoke with three or four different members of their team at different times and they were all helpful and listened carefully to requests. I cannot fault the overall experience that I had with them and I cannot speak highly enough of them.
