Super Quick & Convenient!
It was a very quick and easy transaction. What I particularly liked about it was that it literally took me less than a couple of minutes to do and all on my phone. I was able to do it at work, all very discreet. Short and sweet, was absolutely perfect so thank you! I only wish they provided the payment assist facility for larger costly repairs to say over a 6-9 month period. That would help customers a great deal. I’ve used payment assist twice now and it has allowed me to get my car fixed at a price that I can afford because of payment assist, so thank you!

I have to be honest
I have to be honest, when i first got introduced to paynent assist I were unsure about them as I were more used to using bumper, however, I find their customer service exceptional , they appear to listen to what the customer wants, they did with me on my last transaction which helped me with my car repairs. Downside is their online chat isn't always available, there is normally long waits on the phone for an answer, hiwever that could also be a positive thing that they are a popular company. But overall very happy with them.

Omg I’m so upset with this whole…
Omg I’m so upset with this whole company including service stop who they provided the finance for.
I lost partner suddenly and 13 days later my son in law.
I told this to what I thought was the garage who told me my daughter’s car was a really good car but needed a few things doing. It wasn’t the garage it was SERVICE STOP
Anyway being vulnerable i agreed because her told me “it’s a great car and will have a good few years ahead of it “ OMG TALK ANOUT KICKING SOMEONE WHEN THEY ARE DOWN.
The car had its MOT recently and the fails and advisory went on to the back page. Long story short this company advocates crooks we had to sell the car for scrap for 150 and today I’ve paid the final payment for a totally shit car.

Swift Service and Flexible Payment support
I recently had my car serviced at Formula one Autocentres in Canterbury, and I am very pleased with the service I received. Although the overall invoice for the work was quite high due to the amount of work required, I really appreciated the option to spread the payment over 4 months interest free . This made a big difference and made things much easier for me during difficult time financially. The service was very swift and professional, and the staff were kind and understanding throughout the process. Thank you to the team at Formula one Autocentres Canterbury.
