PAYNTR ™ Avis 

Purchased some £80 Payntr bowling boots and the metal clip holding the strap has completely broken. The are refusing to replace the clip or provide a refund or replacement. Disgraceful.

Owned 2 pairs of Payntr cricket spikes.
First pair lasted a season and a bit before the tabs for the laces rip off. Emailed about this issue but they were not forth coming with any advice only that that type of spike had been discontinued (kinda admitting it was a bad design?)
Bought another pair that wouldn't have that issue and within 10 games the sole had detached, again emailed them they said their was nothing they could do as the 6 month warranty was up.
No discount offered and generally unhelpful customer service.
I have and still do advice other players not to buy this brand.
Also 6month warranty for a game that can only be played for 6 months of the year so buying them near the end of the season means the warranty is pointless.

Went to Bunkered live and purchased a pair of golf shoes from their stand.
Got home and discovered one of the shoes to be faulty. Really poor quality leather upper. Marked and damaged.
48 hours following 2 emails and a message on their website and they haven't even acknowledged me.

Shocking customer service, no phone number and completely unresponsive.

14/3/2023 - Issue is resolved and shoes have been replaced. Getting in touch was the biggest headache and once I was able to do that they were indeed very helpful in getting me a new pair.

Still wouldn't regard them as easy to get in touch with, but once I did then everything resolved.

Bought a size 9 Payntr 225 bowling shoe. They didn't fit so I requested a swap to a bigger size. Was advised that there was no stock of 9.5 / 10 as these were in a discontinued range.
Following the process of the return, I was advised that I would not be given a refund because there were scuff marks on the shoes. They have never been worn / spikes still in original packet, and shoes were returned in original packaging.
The scuff on the heel was present when I opened the shoes, suggesting that they were either damaged in transit getting to me or resent out from a previous return.
I assumed this was a factor of them being in the sale and stock that had been around for a long time, therefore the sale price reflected the imperfections. However as this does not affect the performance, and that they were not the right size for me to wear, I returned expecting a full refund.
After explaining this to Payntr, no alternative was offered, and I am now left with a spike that I have paid £90 for but cannot wear.
Beware ordering if you're not sure on your size.

I have bought bodyline 265 shoes from their website
I have played nearly 10 games with those from may 2022. I noticed that the sole is coming apart from the body of the shoe from toe area.
I emailed them with the pictures of the faulty( poor manufacturing) shoes and they come back to me with the reply that nothing they can do apart from 15% off towards new shoes.

I would never recommend this brand to anyone.
Poor build quality, a cricket shoe should last At least season or 2 when you paying this kind of high prices.
I am playing cricket from 15 years and had few different brand shoes in past.
My mistake to give chance to something new and here are the results.

6 weeks, for an £80 cricket boot and the sole is detached from the shoe. This for an U15 using a size 11 boot - so probably no more than 12 games played.

That level of quality is simply unacceptable.

I had bought two pairs of Payntr V Pimple cricket shoes for two family members, but within weeks they both fell apart in the same places. The sole comes loose from the shoe. The shoes look great and the hard top is a great idea, but unfortunately the quality lets the shoe down. I don't think I would buy Payntr shoes again.

I really recommend to stay away from this brand. The quality on the shoes aren’t great & they rip really quick. Also after a long day in the field, your feet will ache, which didn’t used to happen with all the other brands i used. Then the sols inside rip really fast too.

had the shoes under a year (batting) and they’re just awful. Quite a few people have said the quality isn’t great also & have switched to new balance or Adidas

Made an order two days and no confirmation email was really hoping to get my shoes by Friday so I can play Saturday 😭😭😭😭😭

Shoes fall apart within 6 months.

Bought a pair of cricket spikes which disinterested to split so we’re barely usable. They replaced them with a pair of trainers as they wouldn’t let me have a credit note to pay the difference for a better pair of spikes.

These trainers arrived looking worn but I accepted it was just a bit of discolouration in manufacture which can happen. I put these on yesterday and the eyelet cut my foot and is completely broken now.

They said as it’s outside the 6 month window they won’t do anything but the shoes are worn maybe 6 times in 5 months and have broken.

Will never use them and don’t think anyone else should.

I am a big fan of Payntr and now have 2 pairs of their Bodyline trainers (one in black and one in grey). I do a lot of walking in them both and they have proven to be really durable and extremely comfortable! My orders are always delivered promptly too. No complaints!

This was our second order from Payntr and on both occasions we have ordered and paid for items, received confirmation and then an email to say items have been dispatched only to then receive a further email to advise they have run out of stock on some items and refunded. They do refund straight away but to have this happen twice seems a bit strange.

Ordered a pair of white bodyline 412 trainers in the sale, only to be advised there had been a mix up as now out of stock.
Payntr offered refund or direct exchange for another colour ( which were dearer in the sale) at no extra charge.

Bought golf shoes for my fiance for Christmas. I had to show him so they fitted in everything he is mad about them. So comfy and light. He loves the colour & the sole if the shoes.

I ordered & paid for goods. Dispatch note was receievd to say goods on the way - all good! Then I get an Email to say they don't have stock after all. Wouldn't be so bad but I missed out on other black Friday offers because of Paytnr and their unreliability!

Unfortunately my order made on the 3rd November was not received until the 17th November and communicating with DPD and Pantyr was not easy. I still have no idea why the order took so long to arrive.

First class service from Payntr, especially when they were let down by their courier. Very friendly and professional outfit.
