Pear Stairs Avis

What a lovely company to deal with! When I had a problem with my order that was out of their control they went above and beyond to sort it

I have been converting a Barn and acting project manager on my own project. Not having previous experience in selecting a joinery to manufacture and supply the stairs for my property and after contacting a number of companies and comparing the quality of service and materials I decided to go with Pear Stairs. The process was straightforward, the staff were very helpful and patient with me. The manufacturing and delivery dates were far quicker than the other companies. My carpenter was impressed with the build quality and even recommended them to another client. I found that Pear Stairs were well organised, flexible on delivery and overall competitive on price. A job well done without the stress and the stairs turned up on the date given.

Delivery was chaotic, but customer interface at Pears (Lauren) was excellent. Pear's price was pretty reasonable

Great products and great customer service.

Had a problem with a couple of oak strings but Pears got in touch and have sorted it out, so excellent customer service 5*

Great prices. Fast delivery and materials come well packaged minimising the risk of damage

Over all very good - the reason I didn't give 5 stars were the risers were 3mm proud so the chippy had to cut them all down, but otherwise well priced, good quality and friendly and efficient to deal with.

From start to finish pear Stairs delivered and some 👍
Very professional work team couldn’t do enough to ensure a quality finish and that’s saying something because I am very fussy
Well done to all involved another great job

Exactly what I wanted

The stairs have proved to be better than I expected, both in appearance and ease of fitting. As they can be seen from the whole of downstairs they had to be a feature and they are.
The delivery arrived on time and the driver was helpful. The joiner that fitted them for me was also impressed.

Very good company , everything is checked and double checked to make sure they and yourself haven't missed anything.

Simple order process, good price, although delivery charge was nearly as much as the actual pine beading I bought, but STILL cheaper overall than going to a “D.I.Y” store ..
Delivered on time..
Will use again..

Great quality staircase but didn't fit. Fitter had to do extensive alterations which added to our costs.

Superb service with designing a difficult staircase (8 revisions). Great support finalising the detailed finishes, super quick delivery. Simple to put together, excellent quality wood.
Love it.

Brilliant company, great people and superior products.

Delivery price very competitive. Delivery was very quick.

Received damaged product and company did not make a hassle about sending out a new one. Would recommend and use again

I have twice purchased strips of wood to create a panelled look in my home. Both times I have received excellent quality of wood and the packaging and delivery was faultless. Will definitely recommend to all.

Not the easiest company to deal with.
Communication could be improved. Incomplete items received and deliveries do not turn up on the pre-agreed days.
It’s a shame as the end product looks lovely, but it involved 5 delivery slots when it could have been done in 2

Excellent company, great experience purchasing through them and would definitely use again. Thank you
