When your first time using a company is great, it’s wonderful.. but when you get your order details incorrect, and are on a strict timeline, needing engraving and gift wrapping, then OMG.. the service and support offered by Joe and his team was unbelievable! They got the item to me on time, as I really wanted it, correcting what was on the original order. Superb communication and support. The gift was fabulous and loved as well!
I cannot recommend Pen Heaven highly enough, and will definitely use again.. although next time, I will reduce the strain by double checking the order first.

Don’t bother paying for next working day delivery - they will take your money and still deliver a day late! Unreliable service!

Preordered the Honey Kaweco Collection and received the wrong cartridge. Joe was very kind in explaining the mixup and once the cartridge was available he got me the right one delivered pronto!

Well what can I say , the help from Joe on customer services was second to none , he was polite and went out of his way to help with my grandson’s pen , he answered every e mail with curtesy and it has been resolved so my grandson will be delighted to receive a replacement, my husband was amazed and said not many companies are so helpful and kind . I just had a quick query re my Kaweco fountain pen- couldn't find cartridges to fit- Pen Heaven gave advice very promptly and now I'm enjoying my pen! I'd definitely use Pen Heaven again for any fountain pen needs.

The set was a birthday present for my daughter, the pens arrived much sooner than expected, the name was beautifully engraved and they were gift-wrapped beautifully. I had ordered extra refills as well. Needed to contact customer service about another matter, and they were very efficient.

I have bought lots of pens from them before, but on Monday this week I rang them for I needed advice before I could choose from the available fountain pens. There was a man to took the call, very unhelpful, unprofessional behaviour.
All I did was went with another Co Cult Pens and got the advice I required and bought my pen from them.
Having been a long time customer with them, most probably I will not come back with them.

My wife bought me a beautiful, monographed pen and after a few months it stopped working. I reached out to Pen Heaven and they gave me some tips to fix it. Sure enough the tips worked perfectly (when does that happen?) and the pen is as good as new!

Ordered a leather diary to be personalised on the Friday before Christmas never dreaming it would arrive by the big day. The quality product arrived beautifully boxed on Christmas Eve.

Website was clear and easy to use. I did call customer services with a query and spoke to an actual human being (which is so refreshing these days) who was polite and helpful. I purchased 5 pens, all to be sent to different addresses, with engraving and gift wrapped. Despite the fact that I had left it all to the last minute to do my Christmas shopping, the pens were promptly sent and the recipients seemed thrilled with the engraving and the beautiful gift wrapping. I have been truly delighted with the product and service and will be returning.

I was looking for the perfect Parker that I also wanted engraved and pen heaven was the first to come up in my search. I looked through the awesome collection and found the perfect pen at a fantastic price. Then all the engraving options was also fantastic. I was able to get two crosses on each side of her name. The speed at which my order was taken, pen engraved, wrapped ( and the wrapping was amazing as well) shipped out and across the pond was very impressive. No joke I don't get packages this fast from inside the states! Customer service was always available and very helpful. Gave the pen gift to the person today and it was very well received. I take feedback seriously and use it in my decision to buy so I always leave truthful feedback when it's either a really bad seller to warn people or it's an incredible seller so other buyers know it's a great place. Pen Heaven should get an extra star.
