Ordered a birthday present to be gift wrapped and delivered directly my brother, but upon ordering with Apple pay, the shipping name automatically updated to mine instead of my brothers. Not a big deal, but I wanted it to be addressed to him. I rolled my eyes, annoyed as I assumed that this was going to be a complete headache to change and I was probably going to spend the next half hour in a call queue. I was SO wrong. Got straight through to an extremely helpful gentleman called Joe who located my order and had everything amended in a flash. Delighted with this company and the ordering experience. Not only was the customer service impeccable, the gift arrived quickly which was amazing as getting deliveries to NI can be a bit delayed at times. Thank you Joe and Pen Heaven. I have been using fountain pens for years and always purchased from shops. This is the first time I have ordered online and I will never go back. The customer service from Joe was amazing.
