Excellent customer service, helpful and efficient. I realised I made a mistake on my online order and managed to speak to someone in person straight away over the telephone who resolve my issue swiftly with no fuss. I was very happy with the pen ordered, the quality, engraving, gift wrap and value for money. Would definitely recommend this company.

Without a doubt this is one of the best online retailers I have ever used. I have punched items from them 4 times now, and every time the customer service is second to none. Quality products delivered on time.

Their customization is poor quality!! Upon expressing dissatisfaction due to the high price of these pens, they required days of back and forth and photos. Ultimately, they do not stand behind their work. I am left without what I thought would be an heirloom gift. Wouldnt return or recommend.

I ordered a Quill Pen and Ink set and the quill arrived broken off from the nib. Unfortunate! I wrote to Pen Heaven with a picture of the problem and they immediately sent out a replacement at no cost, which arrived 2-3 days later. This one arrived in perfect condition.

I haven't had a chance to test the product out yet as it just arrived today, but if their excellent customer service is any indication of the quality, I'm certain I'll enjoy this pen until the day I buy my first expensive, professional quality quill.

I purchased 3 beautiful fountain pens from Pen Heaven. I experienced a little problem and couldn't get them working and asked PH if they could help. The matter was quickly resolved and pens with complimentary cartridges were despatched back to me ASAP.
