PermaFrame - the 4th Emergency Service !
We used PermaFrame (Frome) a few years back to install a side PVC glass door. It has been superb, and completely trouble free apart from this friday, as we were preparing to go on holiday, we couldnt lock the door properly.
We called PermaFrame and got transferred to their swindon Branch.
They were so helpful and on hearing we were supposed to be off on holiday, sent an engineer to solve the problem who arrived in less than 15 minutes!
He managed to fix the probelm then and there to allow us to go on holday. They saved the day!
Incredible service, really very impressive. I wish more companys were like this.

Happily a good experience with a company who seems to care.
The process of putting in double glazing windows has seemed straightforward to a couple not convinced it was the way to go. We were a little apprehensive as it is an old house. Dan & Brian hit the ground running on the day of fitting our new windows. They worked efficiently & kept us abreast of what they were doing. Our questions were answered, explanations clear. We found Dan & Brian to be polite, friendly, cheerful & hard working. The areas where they worked were left spotless with a thorough vacuum & wipe down plus the removal of all debris & old windows.

Window replacement by Dan & Brian
We had Dan & Brian at our property fitting 5 new windows that replaced the existing upvc ones. They were fitted beautifully and work carried out by these gentlemen was excellent. Clearing up as they worked through the day, protecting carpet and our furniture. Hoovering carried out at the end of the day and very polite.

Smooth and hassle free
The ordering, surveying and booking experience was relatively straightforward and the team at Permaframe were really helpful.
On the day of the installation, Dan & Brian the fitters were great! Nothing was too much trouble and the quality of workmanship was spot on. The place was left clean and tidy and you’d never know we’d had windows and doors removed and replaced. We can’t praise them enough.

Installers today Kyle and Tyron
Installers today were Kyle and Tyron. Friendly, efficient and tidy no problems with installation.
A few problems with the glass and frames for 2 windows which is a manufacturer defect and 3 door handles incorrect colour but the installers took details to have this corrected early next week.

Had a new front door fitted today
Had a new front door fitted today. The fitting team were determined to make our fit a positive experience and have made an excellent job of fitting our new door.
They worked quickly, neatly and tidy up inside and out as though they hadn’t been there. They were both very knowledgeable about the product and inspected every aspect ensuring it worked and looks as good as it is meant too.
Would definitely recommend this team of fitters and company

Permaframe fitted my new windows and they are great. Had a few people comment on how good they look already and a neighbour ask for their number.
